  Staff is inept-charged the wrong credit card even after giving the correct information. Hotel has thermostat programmed so room does not get as cold as set and doesn’t stay cold - motion sensor doesn’t pick up motion in middle of night. If you want a good night’s sleep, this isn’t the place.

  I live in Jacksonville, North Carolina. On July 15th and 16th, 2026, I had the opportunity to stay two days at this hotel, and the facilities and rooms were very nice. However, before booking, I had a problem: a new hotel is under construction right next door, and after 6:30 a.m., it's impossible to sleep due to the noise from the construction equipment. I estimate it will be 12 months before it's possible to sleep peacefully. The first surprise in my room was that they forgot to put up the shower curtain, and the bathtub had a leak. The reservation was for four people, and we were only provided with two towels. At that point, I reported the problem at the front desk. A woman named Sadia was very kind, and when I asked her if all the rooms were like that or if it was normal, she smiled and said no, and then assured me that she would report the problem. The following afternoon we returned and were surprised to find the beds unmade and, again, only two towels, even though we had personally asked the cleaning lady before leaving to bring us six towels, which she didn't do, nor did she clean the room. Even so, she kept the tip we left her. This hotel needs to improve its customer service and train its employees to do an excellent job. I hope they improve the room service and finish the construction work soon.

  We stayed here one night. Clean and safe place to stay. All the staff were friendly to us and helped us feel welcome. The room smelled good, everything looked clean, and everything worked. We liked the 24/7 coffee in the lobby! Breakfast on Sunday morning was healthy and filling. When we stayed here in June 2026, we discovered there is construction on the south side of the building. Google satellite view shows trees but they are all gone (as we've seen numerous times in North Carolina). Our room overlooked the construction site; fortunately we were there on a weekend and were not subjected to construction noise. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

  This location is one of the worst I have ever booked June 19th thru 21st 2026 Reservation for king bed with pull out sofa room. There were 2 wash clothes,2 towels for the reservation of 3 people.I requested items and was asked 2 come to the front desk to receive both times i had to ask !! Hall way was beyond 100° !! The continental breakfast staff was rude and should of kept comments to herself !! All of this to be charged $9.77 for a fee thats not listed on the site!! When called to ask about details on fee I was told its a fee we charge and I just work the front desk ! Never again!!
