  I'm part of the late night crew,I drive for Greyhound. I arrived at the hotel late night after a long drive and Alysson always make me feel welcome with a friendly smile and encouraging words. She ensured a fast and efficient check-in. The Hotel have clean rooms and a quiet environment.

  It’s 2:56 in the morning and the ac unit is soo lound I can not sleep. I called the front desk and the night auditor was so nasty towards me. There is no other way to put it. I kindly spoke which was not retuned .I told her about the AC unit being loud and telling her I am unable to sleep. I asked if I could have a late check out. I told her I got in late so I didn’t notice it. She asked me if I wanted another room however her tone was deplorable. The sound of irritation and anger in her voice was so noticeable. She did not care at all that I was a customer, person or nothing. I asked her was she ok. My tone is calm, nice but genuinely confused. I know I didn’t do anything to her.I told her It’s almost 3am, I am handicapped and my things have been unpacked.I asked was someone gonna gather my things and move them to another room. She asked how much stuff I have…I had to get off the phone… I don’t understand how a person in hospitality or period really can be so nasty to a person who has done absolutely nothing to them.. I really can’t sleep now cause I am kind upset about it.

  This place took great care of me. Night staff was nice and professional, and breakfast was even more delicious than Hampton. I think BW Plus is just Hampton Inn without all the bells and whistles.

  Parked in their parking deck last night and my car was robbed!!! They went through everything in my car as though they had all the time in the world. When I arrived had to wait ten minutes at the desk to get checked in!!! The guy wasn't even there.. booked a room with a balcony and the entire balcony had mites in the matting!!! I couldn't even use the balcony!!! Why this place is getting high reviews is beyond me they must be paying for them!!!?

  This is the best place to stay in raleigh in my honest opinion! Only place we stay when we visit no worrying about noisy nights or drunk people stumbling around plus the breakfast isn't just cereal and muffins like the other places we've stayed and Acheline at the front desk was definitely a cherry on top of an already wonderful stay!
