  Matea and everyone at the front desk were amazing. They really took Care of us when we came in late, handled an extra night, room was clean and well stocked, cleaning crew came in every day we were there.

  The room was clean . I couldn't get the TV to work. I used the wifi there and used my phone for entertainment. Service was wonderful it was nice and quiet. I didn't like the cooked meat for breakfast. The ham was a beige looking setting in the warmer. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

  I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express in Plymouth multiple times over the years, and while I have never expected a luxury experience, the condition of the property has declined to the point where I can no longer recommend it. One of the first things I noticed was that the blackout window shades had been replaced with mini blinds. Because the hotel has bright exterior lighting, the blinds allowed a significant amount of light into the room throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was by far the biggest disappointment. The toilet had clearly not been cleaned properly and had an obvious urine ring around the bowl. The caulking around the bathtub was deteriorating and flaking away, with dark staining and discoloration in the tub and around the floor that suggested long-standing moisture and poor maintenance. Regardless of the cause, it gave the bathroom an unsanitary appearance. The hotel also replaced the bathroom and entry flooring with inexpensive faux wood flooring. Unfortunately, walking on it barefoot was unpleasant because the floor felt sticky, even after housekeeping had cleaned the room. I understand that older hotels require ongoing maintenance, but basic cleanliness should never be compromised. This property has gone from simply being dated to feeling poorly maintained and potentially unhealthy. Unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness and upkeep, I will be staying elsewhere on future visits. I would add pictures but I can’t find a prompt for attachments.

  NASTY!!!! & good luck connecting with customer service. I am still trying 2 days latter. Nothing!!! IGA told me to call back!!! No one available to help me. No answer from holed direct. 6/8/2026
