- DJDevon JohnsonSep 2, 20265.0I stayed a couple days last month and in my room a ac went down. Within what seems mins a maintenance man came in and attempted to fix it. He was really nice and helpful, they set me up with a new 5 star room and the man who was named Billy helped me move in. Perfect service, lovely people. I will come back. Thank you Mr. Billy
- JMJennifer MossAug 27, 20261.0This place has gone terribly down hill. We have stayed here several times over the past few years and this was the worst. Broken air conditioning, smoking in the rooms even though it’s a non smoking hotel. Pool was closed (green as a pond) and we were not told about the closure before our stay or even at check in until we inquired only to be told it had not been open all season. The new coffee machines in the lobby were about the only good thing. The juice machine was even broken at breakfast also being told it had been like that for a while. We paid entirely too much for what this place has turned into!
- CMCorey MebleAug 6, 20265.0Rooms are okay. Floors are clean and breakfast is good. I had amazing experience with a employee he is very professional and nice. Helped me when I had a terrible day, was quick and thoughtful. I don't remember his name but he was a white guy who wears a hat. If anyone that works here sees this you hit a gold mine with this guy. Please give him a raise as I have very rarely see this kind of customer service in my 60 years of life. I will be coming back and I fully recommend this place just because of that.
- BUBen UpperAug 1, 20261.0Terrible front desk service. Zach says you need to be there before 6pm to check into your room or else your room gets taken or unavailable. They called us while we were driving and we called back TWICE! And they didn’t answer so when we got there 2 hours later they said we couldn’t get our room. We are absolutely frustrated. We’ve been to multiple holiday inn’s and never had this problem where you have to be there by “6pm”. Like come on Zach. He wouldn’t even let us contact his manager or any higher ups.
