  Stopped into this absolute rat nest 7/22 and was so happy I had the wrong hotel. As soon as I stepped in a roach ran across the floor. The rude front desk Shaniqua didn't care at all when I told her, she just replied that it was from outside. When I walked in, Shaniqua was arguing with a guest who was about 40 feet away sitting down. She was rude to me as well.

  The lady working at the front desk was awesome! She was super nice and helped me get my reservation that I booked for the wrong date get cancelled with a smile on her face! This hotel was also great bang for your buck! Nice room with great staff!

  Excellent room on the 4th floor. Very quiet here with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

  This has to be the worst hotel I have been in, ever. No light bulbs in the fixtures, the bed had no sheets, the "office chair" had me leaning 45 degrees forward, and the management said maintenance had to bring the bulbs, but they were gone for the day. Seriously? How can you treat guests like this? To add to it, their Google Maps address is wrong. I don't know how they are still operating. They clearly do not inspect their rooms for the guest experience. I don't expect a 5-star spa hotel, but you've got to cover the basics. Stay away from here. To add to the fun, the front desk attendant called me "entitled" for wanting lights in my room. I asked for some bottled water to compensate me and he said, "Whoa...Entitled." How does someone let that culture into their business? I travel 40 weeks a year, and I have been to a lot of hotels, and this one is truly the worst. Not just for the furniture and lighting; stuff happens, I get it, but to have an attitude with me for bringing up the issue? That is just not called for. Good luck with the future, gentlemen. You will need it with the staff you have in place.

  The employees were friendly and helpful. The room was horrible.the phone didn't work. The TV didn't work. The spigot in the tub was extremely loose, almost to the point of falling off. The carpet was stained. There was hair in the tub from a previous guest. I hate giving bad reviews, but this one is deserved.
