  Other than a smoke smell in a “non smoking room” and mold in the bathroom tub, it was a fine place to stay. People were super nice though!

  Room smelled really bad. Had to go to the Walmart across the street and get a BUNCH OF AIR FRESHENER and rug spray to try to cover up the smell. Stayed there 3 nights as a bade while shopping the real estate options. On a brighter note the breakfast was better than a different hotel we stayed in a few weeks earlier.

  We checked in with our reservation to the last room available. We dropped our stuff in the room that had an interesting odor only to head back out. Once we walked out of the room I realized the door doesn’t lock. Not only from the outside but the inside as well. We let the front desk know that we can’t stay in a room that does not lock we were told that it is their last room available and there will not be a maintenance person around for a few days because it’s Fourth of July weekend. We were then told we have to take it up with Expedia to get a refund. It’s been several days and Expedia can’t refund the money because they can’t reach anyone there. We have tried calling and no one picks up. I am confident that they knew the door didn’t lock prior and probably continued attempting to rent it out after. Terrible customer service and odor. Spend the extra $50 to stay at one of the nicer properties next door.

  Perfect spot if you want to ride all the motorcycle roads in this area like the tail of the dragon, Cherohala Skyway and the gauntlet
