  Muy buena atención, para ser Estados Unidos en donde se a ido perdiendo esa calidez en el servicio y atención humana, superaron totalmente las expectativas, un personal muy atento y amable, la chica de la recepción estuvo pendiente y fue asertiva con cada una de las solicitudes, el personal de limpieza impecable, a quedado para mí como un referente de lo que deben ser los hoteles en esta zona ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Nya at the front desk was so patient and friendly when our group (and another large group, both here for conferences) had payment issues with our stay. She kept us apprised of updates and celebrated with us when ours got worked out and we could get properly checked in. Clean rooms, and they have a nice perk of points to your member status if you put out a card to have housekeeping skip your room (up to 3 consecutive days, they will clean on 4th day for sure). Easy way to be a little more green and you get perks for it, I approve. I'm used to an included continental breakfast, so paying for it was a bit of a surprise

  Appreciated my one night stay. My wife and I stayed many times before. We like the service and the convenience of being so close to RDU airport. I would like to recognize the Shuttle Driver Mr. Reggie. He drove me and my wife to RDU to catch our flight on time. Mr. Reggie has the right customer service attitude that fits his position as a Shuttle Driver. Travelers come from all over the various states and maybe out of country. We can be tired from our travels and Mr. Reggie’s professional and kind customer service attitude fits in perfectly as “one who cares”. That’s a priceless gift to have when transporting various customers. “Keep up the good work Reggie.”

  This was one of the best trips I've ever been on. Niya ( I hope I am spelling her name correctly) at the check in desk was so sweet & amazing she really made our stay special just being her fun bubbly wonderful self this will be my go to anytime I'm in the area just because of her.

  For my first experience staying in a hotel and using the park-and-go shuttle (and leaving my car while I was away), this could not have been better. I had dinner in the on-site restaurant the night of my stay: the food was delicious, and Jimmy was courteous and attentive. The room was clean and quiet, and I had no issues or reason for complaint. I did not get the name of the driver for my 4AM shuttle to the airport, but on my return, Reggie picked me up at the airport and was both polite and personable and even dropped me off directly beside my car.
