- DDDevida Dixon4 days ago5.0I only parked at this hotel. The check-in staff was pleasant and very helpful. However, Mr. Reggie my van driver to the airport was exceptionally kind and inviting. He is a safe driver and was accommodating with my bags. My hat goes off to him and the other staff for a professional experience.

- JSJ SJun 8, 20265.0My review is coming from a perspective of just arriving to Raleigh airport at midnight after a full day of canceled/delayed flights and even being unable to rent a car to go home. I needed a close, affordable, available hotel, which this Holiday Inn was. The rooms were simple, clean and quiet. Check in and check out were straight forward. The staff were polite and knowledgeable. Check out was at 12pm but you can request to delay check out until 3pm. There is an option to book with and without breakfast. If you ended up not being able to eat breakfast, you can't get a refund unless you paid for the breakfast separately from your booking.
