- HJHolly Jewell1 day ago5.0We had to stay due a flight cancelation. We called for the shuttle and went out to wait. Romard was out of the vehicle actually watching for us. After a long day of flight delays this was such a nice surprise. Romard was very nice and helpful with our luggage

- BWB WSep 29, 20261.0BEWARE OF HOSTILE DANGEROUS SHUTTLE DRIVER. This review is solely about their shuttle service. I had the misfortune of having him as my shuttle driver to my car. He pulled up the the airport angry, rolled the window down and yelled for me to get in as I’m getting in he scolds me for being my bag inside the van, he jumped out yelled for me to put it in the back and I asked him could he open the doors he screamed “NO NOT MYJOB DO IT YOURSELF NOT MYJOB”! I was stunned and confused as to what was happening , I couldn’t make sense of this rage and anger from this driver, he then started speeding once I was in, almost hit the car in front of him then he laid on the horn after almost hitting the car. I was terrified. Once out, I went inside the hotel to file a complaint as this individual (name UK) had no business dealing with the public. The front desk told me to call the manger in the morning. I called and was told a Reggie would call me back but he never did so it appears they don’t take customer safety and wellbeing serious. If you have to get the shuttle do not get into that van with the man named UK I’m no doctor but he appears to suffer from a mental illness.

I’m believe his name is Todd if I’m not mistaken he was the driver that took me to the airport for my 7:30 am scheduled even I was earlier than the scheduled time ..
