    Remodeled but still some issues. Room smelled a little musky, but in fairness, most older hotels near water just do. It wasn't overwhelming and I did adjust to it. Customer service was outstanding as always. Joyce should just go by JOY as she truly is a joy to deal with. Super sweet. IF you want easy access to shopping this location is ideal, it's also right off the interstate. For me, it's just too busy of an area, but that is personal taste. It has walking access to so much shopping and dining, so if that is your desire, this is a great location. As well as the lake is close of course. Overall it IS up to par for IHG, comfy bed, good linen, clean and friendly. I have to give a shout out to Maria, the chef, what a sweetheart!!!

    Would never recommend this hotel. They bought a cheap, ran down hotel, painted it and added a sign. There a leak stains all over ceilings, hair in the shower, smells like mildew, and overall there is substantial amount of filth. We mistakenly stayed here with children and should have went to another town and found a better hotel but it wasn’t as rational since we arrived late at night for an event the next day. Very dissatisfied.

    Ich fand das Hotel enttäuschend. Vor allem der Zustand der Lobby und der Zimmer. Es war alles ein wenig heruntergekommen. Obwohl unser Zimmer anscheinend zu den kürzlich renovierten, zählte. Vorhang schief mit Löchern, Moskitonetz, zerrissen. Einzig positiv war der Service am Frühstücksbuffet, das überdurchschnittlich gut war für Holiday Inn Express. Der Pool war auch geschlossen, da er anscheinend einen Schaden hatte.

    This was definitely one of the worst Holiday Inn locations I’ve stayed in. I travel for work and IHG is my usual go-to for comfort and affordability. I’ll skip this one next time! - Parking was minimal. Even without the construction, the parking situation was not amicable for the number of guests the property can hold. -Bugs in ceiling lights. -Short black curly hairs in towels. 🤢 -Leaking ceiling in dining room. Dripping over dining tables. -Overheard another guest complaining at front desk that AC unit in guest room was leaking and a wet puddle was in the carpet. Desk attendant’s response was “maintenance will look at it tomorrow” IHG can do better than what this location is offering.
