  As you can see from the response, it is very confusing. They said "We also keep complimentary guest waters chilled in the Cupboard cooler for our guests, which is why our team may provide a bottle when requested." So, instead of saying I want to buy water do I need to ask for free water? I wasn't just hanging out in the hotel, I was a guest. Again, this makes no sense at all. You gave one guest free water and charger another guest for the same water. ????????????????????? At least get your story straight. The hotel itself is very nice. All rooms have kitchens which is great, but there is no breakfast. But the staff could use some help. After checking in I purchased 2 dasanti water bottles from the cooler and was charged $4 each by the front desk associate. An hour later I was walking to the pool and a man who had just arrived asked the same front desk associate if there was free water and she said "yes the dasanti" and he took one from the cooler and was not charged. The next morning I went to the front desk to explain this. There was a different staff member and as I began to speak an older woman appeared who I assume was the general manager. I addressed the younger woman and explained what happened and the older woman said "I don't know who would have given away free water." I said "it was whoever was working last night." Then she responded "members can sometimes get free water instead of points." So she gave me two responses, I'm not sure which one is the real answer. Then she asked "are you a member?" I said yes, and then she said "sorry. Water costs $4." Very confusing and left feeling like some people are paying for water and some aren't. Anyways, we won't stay at this hotel again. I guess it's worth losing a customer over $8.

  Wifi doesn't work for consoles, says something about DHCP servers. Reset everything I could, found DHCP tagging, turned it on, restarted my system, and it still won't work. So if you like having the option to kill time on the game like I do, if you have the time(I'm a travel worker) , this isn't the place to do it. Also tried to connect my phone and it would only work if I used auto connect. Other than that, the place is well cleaned. Also took 15 mins before the front desk lady showed back up, hope she was doing something worthy making me wait.

  Traveling with my little family to Florida we stopped here both times, to Florida and back home. Our stay was good clean rooms and a quiet place to take a break.

  I loved my stay. I wore white socks without thinking about it and when I realized and looked at them, still clean! Bed super comfy. The toilet paper holder is a little bit in an inconvenient spot but no big deal. My only complaint I have was another guest who abandoned their dogs across the hall and left them to freak out for 12+ hours. Couldn’t even sleep. I didn’t complain to any one because it is a dog friendly hotel, that’s why I picked the place myself. I would still stay there again and probably will in the future.
