    The location of this hotel is excellent and is very convenient to many restaurants, shopping and businesses. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail at this property is probably why I won't rebook. At my stay there in July, the nightstand had water rings from the prior guest, as well as food/candy particles stuck to the nightstand. I didn't realize it until the early morning that our shower curtain was missing. I had an early meeting and needed to take a quick shower so I didn't have time to call down and wait for a curtain to be brought up. I felt rushed because I was trying to avoid getting too much water on the floor. We went down to breakfast and the juice machine was out of order. Aside from coffee, there was only milk in a carafe which didn't seem sanitary for everyone to have access too. They did not offer any bottled water or juice. Very disappointing compared to other Holiday Inns we have stayed in previously.

    This place is nasty. The refrigerator was disgusting. Stains everywhere. Snots on the shower curtain. Absolutely gross.

    Stayed two nights and was disappointed by the state of the room, particularly the bathroom. There was visible water damage on the wall/ceiling — the kind that makes you wonder how long it's been left unaddressed. The shower unit looked original to the building, maybe 20 years old, with worn fixtures and grime built into the grout that a quick wipe-down wasn't going to fix. The bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned during our stay, and there wasn't even a toilet brush provided for guests to tidy up themselves in the meantime. For a Holiday Inn Express, I expected a more consistent standard of upkeep. I documented the issues with photos and reached out to IHG customer care requesting a rate adjustment. [Wouldn't book this location again unless these maintenance issues are resolved.
