  Arrived without a reservation and the front desk customer service person named Lewis was courteous and very helpful. Represented Best Western in the most highest and friendly way. We will stay here again when in the area. Best Western Lewis is a gem.

  Lewis at front desk was very respectful, checked us in and offered water . Answered the phone booked our room made sure when we arrived our key was ready . We will book again ! Thanks Lewis and best western staff Lumberton

  Y'all whatever you do DON'T STAY HERE they will take your deposite and want give it back like they did me. I have proof but when I call the manager she is never there. You leave a message you'll never get a call back. I thought managers called you back but that one want. When u talk to a representative all they have is excuses and attitudes. The staff is just horrible and rude. GO ACROSS THE STREET ITS ALLOT NICER. This place is a rip off if u want to keep your money go across the street or go to another place to stay. 😡😡

  Pleasantly surprised for the price we paid. I was able to get 2 rooms for the same price of 1 room at one of the neighboring hotels. (I am a huge fan of the other hotel, don't get me wrong!) We were here for an overnight on our way south. The front desk personnel, without me asking, gave us adjoining rooms which was so convenient! The rooms are clean, look as though they have been recently renovated, and stocked well with clean, practically new towels/linens. Floors are not carpeted which we prefer. Zero complaints!

  This place is disgusting & unsafe. Made the mistake of booking a room here for one night with my family after driving nearly 14 hours. I was trying to save a little money since the Lumberton hotel we typically stay at is double the price. HUGE MISTAKE! There were several sketchy people doing & selling drugs in the parking lot. It is a motel-style place with a giant window/shared porch in every guest room. We were initially going to try to stick it out & stay but the room was so dirty! There was layers of dust on every nightstand/bureau in the room, flies hovering around all of the lamps & the sheets smelled of cocoa butter so strongly (which made it obvious they hadn't been changed between guests.) There cherry on top was that "Angel" the housekeeper left a note on the nightstand, likely looking for a tip. It was soo ghetto. The front desk offered another room but I declined, so since I sadly booked through a third-party, I ended up spending just shy of an hour getting my refund. Don't do it to yourself! Go less than a quarter mile away, spend the extra money & get the peace of mind (other place even had police detail, which speaks volumes on the area.)
