  This hotel’s only saving grace was the front desk staff. Addison and the other employees who were working the desk were helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Great customer service! Aside from that, we were very dissatisfied with the conditions and cleanliness of the rooms. There were roaches spotted both in the hallways and IN OUR ROOM! (See attached photos) On top of that, our room was not serviced or cleaned once during our stay despite us asking for it to be serviced. We also weren’t given enough towels and were denied towels from a man on the cleaning staff when we asked for more and were told we needed to go to the desk. When we went to the desk, we were told all of the towels were in the dryer. But the most horrifying thing was the roaches. I would not recommend this hotel based on that and the lack of cleanliness.

  When I checked in, there was a letter saying due to unexpected staffing shortage there will not be any stayover Housekeeping service during my visit. I stayed four days. On one of the days Housekeeping left towels in my room and left the door open the entire day. There was no phone in the room. Due to no delivery there was little to no breakfast options. Guests were running up and down the stairs at one in the morning. I will. NEVER. Stay in this place.

  Plumbing fixtures in our bathtub need some tending to. They have run out of liquid body soap, so be sure to ask for bar soap for your shower. Overall, room was clean.

  The young man over breakfast Chase needs to be at corporate to show everyone how to do it right. First time we really had a decent breakfast. Young lady at front desk last night was all alone. Safety wise she needs help. Very good experience.

  I had an Awesome Experience and the Customer Service was Amazing and it’s extremely hard to get that kind of service at Businesses these days. Addison Hicks took very good care of me and made my check in Process and check out Process very smoothly which really helped me with my night bc I was already stressing about it being so late when I did finally get there. I also wanted to extend my Appreciation and give her a Free oil change on me so Please pass this message on to her and We look forward to hearing from her here a my Local Business
