  Just Ok. Front desk service people are, as you would expect, not the brightest. Walls are paper thin and you will hear it when your neighbors talk, fart, and use their TV. Room is comfortable. Breakfast is slightly above average. Shower geometry is weird, one of your arms will get shocked with cold water when you turn on the water. Hallways are loud because of the cheap garbage vinyl flooring. This place was built on an existing wetland; the planning and zoning board here has no clue how to manage for future flood events.

  Great staff who were super friendly and answered every little question I had. If I needed ANYTHINGGGG, like extra towels or soap, I was given it within two minutes and not given the run around like other hotels often do. The room was AMAZING, spacious for a great price, the shower could have stayed hot for hours. The location was slightly outside of Wilmington, only about a 20 minute drive to the coast and a 5-7 minute drive from the outskirts of Wilmington. I could go on, this is by far the best hotel I’ve ever been to.

  Everything was good except the late night arrivals that stayed up til 2:30 am. Not the hotels fault, but wasn't a restful night. Great location for access to restaurants, and beautiful grounds with tons of parking.

  Because it is right off a busier highway in the area, if you get a room facing the shopping plaza, the road noise is more prevalent. However, I have exceptional hearing. My parents, who are both hearing impaired in some way, didn't notice the noise at all. That aside, everything else about this hotel was fantastic. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the room and hotel in general were so clean. The breakfast food was fresh and widely varied. It was slightly more expensive than the hotel we stayed in near Columbia the night before but the difference in cleanliness, staffing and location made it well worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

  By far the BEST Hotel we have stayed at in some time! The staff was so friendly and the room was extremely clean and plenty of space. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Will be back and highly recommend. So excited to finally have an excellent Hotel review finally for our YT channel! Thank you Best Western Plus you guys blew us away and made our road trip even better.
