  We checked in today, and unfortunately our first impression of this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room we were initially given had multiple visible stains on the white bedding, including yellow/brown discoloration and a reddish stain. I took photos because this is not something I would expect to find in a room that had supposedly been cleaned and inspected for a new guest. The front desk did move us to another room, which I appreciate, but I don’t feel that simply changing rooms fully addresses the issue. My concern is that the original room was considered ready for a guest at all. Clean bedding is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and seeing this immediately made us question the overall cleanliness and quality-control process. What was most disappointing was the impression that once we were handed keys to another room, the situation was considered resolved. For us, it wasn’t. This was the beginning of a trip we were looking forward to, and instead our stay started with a cleanliness issue that should never have happened. We have just checked in, so I will see how the remainder of our stay goes, but I do hope hotel management reaches out directly to address this experience and make things right. At this point, simply being moved to another room does not feel like an adequate response to what we walked into.

  We spent one night of our honeymoon here and had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and so comfortable. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. It’s also in the perfect spot close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

  Our room and entire facility was very clean, the service, (especially Hannah, Emily, and Jamal) were so cordial, and the breakfast was healthy and delicious. I’m not so found of powdered eggs, though.

  Wanted to book a this place but the front desk agent on Saturday 8/15 at 7:30pm was not nice and seems like my questions bother her didn’t want to pass me over the manager on duty, said I could call corporate if I want to, I Better get my business somewhere else.

  Check in was easy and the room was perfect. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. The only problem was that the one washer and dryer they offer for guests was not working and we were not able to wash our clothes while there for the week. It is also coin operated which is a bit outdated and should be replaced with a free use washer and dryer. Also, they only have one elevator. The pool was a nice touch however we did not utilize it as we went to the beach daily. The whole location was super clean and had a fresh feel to it. We would stay here again.
