  Hotel seems to be undergoing a refurbishment. So i will judge on what I can be accurate on. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. I would stay here again even with the remodel.

  Our experience with Holiday Inn Express & Suites Concord by IHG was extremely disappointing. The morning of our arrival, at around 9:30 a.m., the hotel called to say that the credit card on file had been declined. We had made this reservation months in advance, yet we were told that if we didn't call back by 10:00 a.m., our reservation would be canceled. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the voicemail until about 10:20 a.m. When I immediately called the hotel, I spoke with Victoria at the front desk. Rather than trying to help or offer any solution, she was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly told me, "You're out of luck," because our reservation had already been canceled and there were no rooms available. I explained that we were already on our way, but her only response was that we would have to find somewhere else to stay. As a long-time IHG member, I expected much better customer service and at least some willingness to help resolve the situation. Instead, we were left scrambling to find another hotel on the day of our trip because of a 30-minute delay in returning a voicemail. Customer service can make or break a guest's experience, and unfortunately, this hotel failed in that regard. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled and provides additional customer service training so future guests are treated with more professionalism and empathy.

  This hotel is a joke they don’t have quarters for laundry the lady at the front desk Indian looking lady was not helpful worst service ever never coming here again

  Room, service, and location 5-stars! Hot breakfast on site offers a variety daily of eggs, bacon, breads (toast, bagels, biscuits, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes), oatmeal, cold cereals, biscuits & sausage gravy, and beverages (water, milk, orange juice & apple juice). Gave them 4-stars overall because all chais in dining area need replaced or relished and reupholstered. Heater out on pool, but! It's been over 100°F everyday, so cool pool felt great! Wonderful staff.

  The team was welcoming and helpful . Perfectly situated near lots of dining, shopping, and the speedway . A great, convenient choice!
