  Best of all possible options in Jacksonville! Our room was a large, I wonder if they maintained, and very clean. Hot chocolate station in the lobby is a nice touch. Patrick and Chris offer one of the best hotel free breakfasts I've ever seen.

  Room was surprisingly super clean. Mattress and bedding was good. No lumpy hard feeling of the mattress and comfortable bedding. Bathroom area could have used some work with the layout toilet had minimal space right next to shower but nothing worth complaining about just an opinion. Plenty of variety of soaps in the shower and sink area. Room provided plenty of storage space and extras with blow dryer, iron, table, closet, hangers and etc.. even a basket for laundry. Kitchen area was well laid out for the size and provided everything you might need from the cookware, plates, silverware paper towels, soaps all the normal stuff you would find in a kitchen. Desk to work, comfortable couch. The one thing would suggest is the TV and remote if you want to watch something you have to toggle all the way through the channels. The room we had would not allow to change channels by number no info button, no guide button or enter/input for the channels. So it made it a little inconvenient to toggle all the way through 200 channels to the guide find what you want to watch and then toggle all the way back. Was not to much of an issue for me as I grew up with 5 channels if lucky with rabbit ears and tinfoil. I do want to say the staff was super friendly and polite. Don't drink soda and front desk provided some bottled waters. Was not impressed with the Continental breakfast. That could have used some attention it was clean and all but the fresh foods did not look so fresh or inviting. We got the muffins and fruit. But not really complaining about the breakfast as that is an extra bonus you pay for the room and service anything more is a bonus my opinion. It's always the little things that seperate and that's all they need to do is put some attention to the little things so it does not change my view of rating them. They had a courtyard with a fire pit with plenty of seating. Had a business are with computer and printer and some business rooms. Was impressed with cleanliness everywhere you looked was clean. One thing people might want to consider is that this is not a normal hotel it is also designed for longer stay for business or whatever the case. These rooms have small kitchens and if someone is cooking you can smell it if you are next door or in the hallway. That did not bother me but might bother someone else.

  I was literally electrocuted by a faulty appliance in the room that had bare conductor wires that arced badly when plugged in, causing a burn on my hand, a burn on the hand towel that was hanging near the outlet, and a projectile from the resulting explosion to impact my eye. The hotel has failed to take any meaningful action such as even taking an official incident report after I brought it to their attention.

  The outside of this property is well-lit. They have a decent size parking lot. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Breakfast has lots of options, coffee is really good, and their social dinner is good, too. Rooms are clean and well insulated - can't hear the people in the next room talking, which is a plus plus! Beds and pillows are comfy. All rooms have a standard size refrigerator with freezer (ice maker too), dishwasher, microwave, stove top burner, and a coffee maker. Literally everything you need.

  ★★★★★ Excellent stay for a business trip near Camp Lejeune. The room was spacious, clean, and had a full kitchen, and I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and evening meal with beer and wine—something I had never seen at a hotel before. Friendly staff, good fitness amenities, and only about 12–15 minutes from Camp Lejeune. Great value, and I would definitely stay here again with my family.
