  The whole staff was very professional and friendly but I'd especially like to thank the breakfast staff. A young man named Aguirre was very courteous to everyone during breakfast. I was told that Aguirre cooked the bacon and I could not believe that it was real bacon which was actually cooked crispy! Thank you very much Mr Aguire and Holiday Inn. I'll stay here every time I visit North Carolina!

  Our visit was in June 2026. After a long drive from Atlanta, much appreciated rest. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff! Believe his name was Michael and he was working a double shift? Thanks!❤

  I am giving this hotel a 1 star because I woke up in the middle of the night around 3am two nights ago with a roach in my bed. It was crawling on my arm under the sheets and I had to catch it to bring it to the hotel staff. I asked what was I supposed to do about the situation because I am not sleeping in that room? And the front staff said that they were fully booked and could not change my room. I had to wait for the manager to come in at 8 AM to resolve this issue, And ended up staying up the rest of the night. They ended up switching my room the next day, But I was Told by the manager that there was an infestation of roaches and they recently got an treatment And was super paranoid the rest of my stay there. She did end up competing me For my stay, but I was still very disgusted with the situation and Had two nights of restless sleep which is super unfortunate because the hotel seemed very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I wish I could attach the video I took

  The hotel is in desperate need of maintenance. The mattress in my room crushed half way down to the floor when getting into bed, 2 of the treadmills don't work, the sound on the TVs in the workout room have no volume, the one dryer in the laundry room was inop, the floor in the shower is disgusting, the hot water needs about 10 mins before heating up and we couldn't access the pool because it required maintenance.

  This hotel was clean and even had a couch. The staff was kind and helpful. This is my second stay there and it won’t be the last. Thank you.
