  Was a nice only recommendation would be that the beds mattress need to be up dated to foam / orthopedic mattress , have spring tape , but then that close to everything, food and stores

  First of all, the staff here are great. So my issue with this hotel revolve mainly about things out of their control. The room was nice but I wish they didn't get rid of tubs. I know, water saving, people don't bathe in tubs often, all that, but a good soak is amazing sometimes. Anyway, while the staff is extremely friendly, the locals use the road outside of the hotel like a race track. All night, every night I was there for 4 days was zoom zoom, braaaat braaaat, ding ding (trash trucks at 3am) police cars, more zoom zoom, and then for some reason people slammed their hotel room doors every 15 minutes. Just enough to get to sleep between the zooms, before boom! You're awake again. I know it's not the hotels fault but damn it was a miserable 4 days/nights. So they get a 4 star. I actually would have still given them a 5 but the breakfast didn't open till 7 on Saturday and I was starving but had to leave before 7 to get to my next destination on time. I'll probably stay again, but I'll have to plan afternoon naps when the locals aren't street racing. Oh, the tint wizards across the street are amazing dudes, do great work and are extremely affordable. Get your windows tinted while ya stay. It's worth it.

  Not a fan of no carpet in the rooms, too big and cold feeling. Had a suite which was huge but reminded me of a dorm room. Not good lighting, very dark, the desk lamp was more of a night light than a reading light.

  This hotel provided excellent customer. Deon and Tanya (I hope I spelled those right) were especially wonderful. My Kids and I felt very well taken care of. The room was big, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The beds and pillows and water pressure were great. The location was perfect. I highly recommend.

  Espectacular atención y limpieza tienen un gran plus porque tienen piscina climatizada. La Sra. Wendy fue muy amable al igual que el chico que atendió en el área de desayuno.
