Honestly customer service is excellent beyond what I would have thought and that's because of Ms. Destine (sp.); She provided excellent customer service with a great demeanor that you don't find and a lot of Representatives of a hotel nowadays. Very friendly personality, takes charge willingness to work out a situation and help out a customer and colleague. Most definitely goes beyond what most Representatives do and overall establishing excellent rapport. I hope to stay at this hotel again not only for the great comfort that hotel provided believe me is nice very nice actually however, she really made to stay the best of the Best. A++++++++++++++++++🤗🙏💪💯 Thank you very much.

Great staff & great breakfast. I specifically want to say thank you to Jamie at the front desk. As a truck driver, it’s hard to find locations to stay at due to parking. I was unaware of the lot size and at first glance, it appeared I wouldn’t have a place to park. Jamie went out of her way to make sure I had a solution for my issue.

The location and the rooms were decent. We were a bit frustrated because we chose this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and it was closed. Their solution was to use another hotels indoor pool which was a 10 dollar uber away…not the convenience I had hoped for and expected as well as paid for. We were told by one manager that we could check out at 2pm due to my son needing to be dropped off at Lejume at a certain time. The morning of, at 10 am, a different manager said that we had to check out now at 1pm which set our schedule off. I feel that if we were told one thing that it should be honored. Those were my primary complaints. Very frustrating.
