  Our room was stale and only a few of the outlets worked but the worst was the pool. It was full of algee and looked like a pond. I asked the desk about it and was told, we'll be draining and cleaning it tonight and it will be ready to use tomorrow. I was told this same thing, every day, for five days. Nothing was done with the pool and from the look of it, that pool had not been kept up for some time. It was very hot during our stay and dissapointing to not be able to use the pool, apparently its only available for frogs. Poorest Best Western I've ever stayed it. Would not stay again.

  ⭐ 1/5 — Terrible Experience Date: August 10, 2026 Check-in time: Around 3:00 AM Room: 115 Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived around 3:00 AM after driving from another state and were completely exhausted. We were only staying for about 7 hours, but still paid the full $109 room charge plus a $100 deposit. The front desk employee knew how exhausted we were, yet check-in took about 25 minutes. She seemed inexperienced or unfamiliar with the system, but we were patient because all we wanted was to get some sleep. After finally getting into Room 115, we had only been asleep for about ONE HOUR when staff started knocking on our door because apparently there was an issue with their system and the deposit payment had not processed correctly. We were told we had to come pay the deposit again or check out. This was absolutely unacceptable. Whatever went wrong with their payment system should have been handled in the morning, especially considering we had already provided the payment information at check-in. Waking exhausted guests after one hour of sleep because of an internal system/payment issue is terrible customer service. We drove from another state, arrived at 3 AM exhausted, paid the full room rate for only a few hours of use, spent 25 minutes checking in, and then were woken up an hour later over something that should have been resolved by the hotel without disturbing us. Room 115. August 10, 2026. This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've had, and I would not recommend staying here based on how this situation was handled.

  Due to the death of my mother, in July, we had several family members fly in from other states to attend her homecoming ceremony. They all booked a room with this hotel due to the conscience of being located right off the highway. The staff at this location was very accommodating and made sure my family was well taken care. I want to send a sincere thank you to Ganesh, Pete and Jettie for providing outstanding service! Their kindness and excellent customer service aided in helping my family get through a tough time.

  Rooms are very small, property needs to be upgraded not a Best Western Plus property at all. Everything was bare minimum beds are horrible our backs were killing us after.
