  This is the most criminally uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I’ve woken up in so much intense pain, that I’m seriously considering calling EMS. I have never slept anywhere so bad for my neck and back. The best way I can describe it is “paralyzing”. I’ve never experienced sleep so painful, I’m considering a lawsuit.

  Room was clean, lobby was clean, attendant that checked us in was polite and friendly. We had our dog and the grounds were well maintained. My only reason for 4 stars vs 5, was breakfast/coffee. It was not terrible they had hot food and such but my spouse didn't care for the coffee. I just felt like it was sort of cramped. You were in someone's way at every turn. I would stay again.

  Friendly staff, hot water, beds were comfy. Warning though, if you have a lower vehicle you'll probably scrape it pretty good on your way in.

  Without a doubt the WORST managed hotel I have ever stayed at. I checked in late after a long 12 hour drive. The receptionist was polite and helpful. She took my drivers license for ID but forgot to return it. I checked out at 5:30AM. No one at front desk to give me my invoice and possibly my license which (at this point) I didn't know was missing. I did not notice until a few days later that I had no license. That was FEB 8th 2026. Took me until March 24th to get it mailed to me. Six phone calls to hotel. 4 phone calls to customer service at Best Western. Opened a complaint. Several calls were never returned. Apparently the desk clerk's are "not allowed" to forward my lisence without the manager's permission and he/she only appears randomly so no one was allowed to mail it to me. The Best Western customer service has no control over the hotel or how often the manager drops in as it is privately owned by -------- Won't make the mistake of staying in a (NOT) Best western

  DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I stayed 2 nights and they double charged my room. I had originally paid for 7 nights on Saturday. On sunday they charged $126.71 then on Monday they charged $106.95. When I confronted the lady, she kept saying no charges were made. I have proof!! These people are THIEFS!!! They just now attempted to charge my card $596.27 and I HAVE BEEN CHECKED OUT FOR 2 DAYS!!!
