The people who work here are very friendly. Respectful as well and patient. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff.
They Let’s not forget about the kitchen crew! All have been very diligent on keeping supplies up and cleaning up as people come and go. Karen and Victoria have outgoing personalities and we watched them engage with everyone. These qualities are important when you have so many type personalities of to please.
And that goes with the rest of the staff as well. So thank you for everything!!

Rooms are comfortable but need deep cleaning, and carpet removed.
The hot breakfast is great!! And the lovely ladies that prepped and assisted where absolutely wonderful. We will always recommend this property. Thank you!

I stay at this hotel often, and I consistently have a great experience. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the customer service is excellent. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food is great as well, and the overall service is always consistent. This is one of my go-to hotels whenever I’m in the area, and I definitely recommend it!

So, the location of this hotel is good. Lots within walking distance (during the day!) to eat, get coffee, etc... The hotel itself, for a relatively "newish" hotel has its flaws.
Pros:
-Every single staff member I interacted with was super friendly.
-Free breakfast was the standard, nothing special, but it was hot and kept filled up and tidy.
-Price was reasonable-ish (around $100 a night).
-I opted for no housekeeping, but did ask for towel exchange, trash emptying, and toilet paper and it was all handled quickly and friendly. (Yes, I did leave a tip anyway).
Cons:
-I was informed a few hours before my trip that the elevator was out and there were no available first floor rooms. If I hadn't had assistance from a local, I'd have not been able to get my luggage to my room. I saw NOBODY working on that elevator the entire 6 days I was there. No effort at all to fix it.
-The ice maker on my floor was also out (I believe it was connected to the elevator outage). The sign on it directed me to go to the FOURTH floor if I wanted ice. Again, no real effort seemed to be expended, as I tried on 3 occasions to get ice.
-First room I was assigned had a half used can of chewing tobacco in the bed. (IKR?) and that made me wonder what other hygiene issues had been overlooked. Went back down, got assigned a room 2 doors down. It was very musty and hot, but appeared cleaner (until I got in the shower and saw all the hair on the wall/tub from NOT ME.).
-Turned the AC to the lowest it would go (60 degrees), and it never got anywhere close. I'd say it hovered around 72. I woke up several times each night absolutely roasting.
-The pool was serviced and appeared clean of leaves and debris, (I didn't use it, since the website indicated it closed the day after Labor Day and I arrived the day before).
-Checking out and getting my luggage etc... back DOWN was even more annoying than taking it up, with the elevator STILL (after SIX DAYS) down and taped off with yellow "crime scene" like tape.
Bottom Line: the place had a general air of being more rundown than it should for its age, and the staff while friendly kinda felt lke they'd given up, too. I doubt I'll stay here again. I stayed because my family member is in Hope Mills, but Fayetteville isn't unreasonably far for more comfort and amenities.

Extremely Disappointing Stay — Would Not Recommend
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I booked this property through Expedia, expecting a basic, comfortable stay. Instead, we were met with multiple serious problems from the moment we arrived.
The elevator was out of service when we checked in. My fiancé and I are both disabled, making the stairs particularly difficult. What was especially frustrating was seeing the hotel accommodate other guests who were having difficulty with the stairs, while we were not offered any meaningful accommodation or assistance.
Because of the hotel’s cancellation policy, we felt trapped and unable to leave without losing our money.
We were assigned Room 405, which had a strong musty, wet smell. Later that evening, around 11:00 PM, my fiancé and I were sitting in the room playing games when I pulled a chair away from the corner and found roaches.
We immediately tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. Given the elevator situation and our disabilities, we were not willing to struggle up and down several flights of stairs in the middle of the night just to potentially find an unattended front desk or receive no assistance.
We dealt with the roaches we could see and did our best to protect our belongings by putting them in trash bags. Then we went to bed—only to discover that the sheets were damp and remained damp throughout the night.
This was not simply an inconvenience. The combination of a non-functioning elevator, lack of assistance, a musty-smelling room, roaches, an unreachable front desk, and damp bedding made the entire stay extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable.
Maybe this was an isolated incident, but when you’re paying for a hotel room, you shouldn’t have to deal with these kinds of conditions—especially when you need reasonable assistance because of a disability.
Unfortunately, this experience was enough for us to decide that we will not stay here again. I cannot recommend this hotel and would strongly encourage travelers to consider these issues before booking.
