  Might want to think about having someone more friendly deal with reservations and reservation issues. Glad I was able to pay a $20 processing fee for a 10 second booking mistake. Looks like I won’t be staying here after all, ever.

  The Skyline Lodge is settled neatly atop the hills of the Highlands which gives it's a beautiful skyline view of the area. They have nice rooms, great food and drinks, and even better service. Ample parking helps, too.

  We had a wonderful experience for my mom’s birthday. Tammy that works the front desk made everything feel so special. She went above and beyond each day she was there. We left feeling like she was family.

  Accidentally booked a reservation for the same night instead of my intended date. Called the hotel immediately the next morning, and they offered me absolutely no options except to book another night at full price (in addition to what I had already paid). Inflexible and no regard for how they treat customers (or potential customers). I do not recommend doing business with them.

  Had High hopes - looks quaint but really needs room upgrades. We’ve been going to Highlands for 30 years so we know the area very well. Have family that was local in years past. The most disappointing part was when I went to check out they didn’t give me a paper copy. I should’ve demanded it. I got home the next day. My charges ended up being almost $800 per night - weekend and that’s with no room charges. Over charged approx $250 The bill did not match up with what was being charged on my AMEX. I got four different charges on my AMEX. I’ve asked for two different callbacks still no reply. I don’t complain. I don’t like to complain, but this was very expensive for a “motel” and then the billing has been incorrect and no response for management. Please do contact me
