- PWParker WOct 5, 20265.0My friends and I came to an event at the nearby convention center, and the hotel was great! It was only a 10 minute walk to the event. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and they were very open to us having a late checkout time upon request. Room was pretty clean as well
- BEBarb ESep 30, 20262.0Elevator doesn’t work hasn’t worked since August, Stains on the bedding, First floor room was dark, cave like! Room is very dated, TV council is banged up, lots of hair in bathroom, and back of The in room remote has something on it that made it gross to touch
- ATAmy ThompsonSep 28, 20261.0Terrible experience within 10 minutes. Told after check-in their elevators are down; glad I didn’t have heavy luggage as no one offered any assistance. Also not told my room was 2 in from the furthest away it could’ve possibly been (would’ve been nice to have been told to move my car around for convenience). Get to the room, smelled of fresh pee, mold, and mildew. Sat on the creeky and lumpy bed while I found somewhere else to stay. Walked back down and told they’d have to charge me for the night because they’re sold out — although I doubt they would’ve covered the doctor’s bill from when their terrible condition of a room got me sick if I stayed. Also overheard them offer breakfast vouchers to another guest checking in - something I, also a rewards member, was not offered and told I would have to pay for. 0% chance would I recommend this trash dump.
- AEalondra esquivelAug 26, 20261.0The employees were nice, but as a solo female traveler, I felt uncomfortable with the overall atmosphere and did not feel entirely safe. I ended up leaving early and didn’t get much sleep during my stay. The hotel felt really outdated, and I could hear everything. The bed also felt itchy, and overall, it was a horrible night. I was extremely sleep-deprived and ended up going elsewhere , where I felt much more comfortable and was able to rest
