  I'll start by saying, the staff were great. Very welcoming and helpful. They were kind to my energetic kids. And the breakfast was wonderful! But it was not worth $200/night, in my opinion. We stayed in two different rooms. The first one was a little worn but clean, comfortable, and spacious. Then because of our itinerary (not the hotel's fault) we had to check out and check back into a different room. The second one had mold growing in the ceiling and a distinct moldy smell. When I checked out they said that room had flooded two weeks ago. It should have been properly remediated - that's a health hazard.

  Nice enough place to stay. Good breakfast and pool. Our room did have mold in the bathroom and they happily comes out stay and offered us another room. Excellent service.

  Not the best Holiday Inn express. I was placed in a room designed for a handicap person. Even though I booked a month in advance that's all they had within my room rates. The room is rather run down. Also, poorly designed. The hallway leading from the front door of the hotel room to the bed is extremely narrow. There are scuff marks from where people in wheelchairs have struggled to make it through. The front lobby was decent, but it was odd how they have the coffee station positioned off of the dining area and kinda towards the elevators. This is a packed hotel. The parking lot was filled during my three night stay, and I have a feeling due to the inventory of hotels and the location it's always packed. Yet they only have two coffee dispensers with two options: mild and decaf. The tea variety was standard. There were a few early mornings when I went to get a cup of coffee and the station was filthy and almost empty of supplies. The rather small trash receptacle was almost over flowing. The pool is located directly in front of the dining area, and it's so small that I cant see more than a few families at a time enjoying it. I also got annoyed with my room because try as I might I couldnt prevent all the outside light from coming in through the window.
