- JHJustin HAug 8, 20262.0Never again. Avoid if allergy sensitive. Hallways and lobby smell of cigarette smoke, while the rooms are muggy and stuffy despite being recently renovated. Shower water pressure isn’t bad. Woke up with a stuffy nose from general allergies (dust, mildew and smoke). Also not that walls are thin and you can hear talking in the hallway.

As I went to open the curtains, I noticed a toenail or fingernail, a dead bug, pet hair, lint. I notified the front desk and was told the room would be cleaned. I was offered 50% off of my meal while I waited. The food is nothing to rave about. I was informed that the room was cleaned. Upon returning, the dead bug and nail were gone but there was still dog all all over the floor and chair. I requested a different room but was told there are no available rooms. The front desk staff did clean the area of dog hair with a floor roller. She took a photo of the hair collected from the floor and chair. It is much worse than what is pictured on the dark carpet. There is no ironing board and the microwave was also not cleaned. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this establishment.
