- DMDoug MurrayJul 15, 20261.0I've had to stay at this hotel several times. I've never had a room with a refrigerator that worked at all.. when you say something about it they blame you for putting too much stuff in it. I'd go somewhere else.
- MSMark Jenifer SwindellJun 21, 20262.0Arrived for a 3-day conference on Wednesday. Most all of the attendees arriving that day after 4pm were told that their rooms were not available yet. This continued until after 8pm. As far as cleaning, the only thing done in our room was to make the bed. The floors weren't swept/vacuumed and trash wasn't emptied. The brackets that held the shampoo etc in the shower weren't secured so when using the pumps, the bottles fell out onto the shower floor. This was a similar experience with other guests staying there. On the second day, none of the key cards for the people in my convention group had their cards work. The front desk staff had only programmed the cards for one night stays. Overall would not stay again, but will have no choice when the conference is held in Greenville again next year.
