  It's my own fault for not paying attention to details upon booking, but no breakfast, and no pool🫣 other than that, the rooms were exceptional, except for the holes in the curtains and let in way too much sunlight 😵‍💫. Staff at check in was great! Friendly, informative, knowledgeable of the area, and made check in easy and quick.

  ROACH INFESTATION! Checked in and took a nap, woke up to roaches in the bathroom, kitchen and in the bed. We grabbed our belongings and left immediately. The front desk was not surprised when we told him which infuriates me. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Rooms are great, wifi isn't especially when they put you on the far end of the hotel. Be warned traveling through here as a woman, male staff members will make moves on you when your partner isn't around. I wouldn't recommend for the price.

  No star if I could, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked through booking.com and I did not receive a refund for one single night due to the $500 security deposit which is not told online! Everytime you call they will avoid you or swear their managers aren’t there. What hotel runs without a manager on duty? They owe me almost $200 for one night and still have not gave it to me. Better yet, still haven’t told booking.com that I didn’t stay there. From February at that. To update my post May 22nd, Booking has still tried to reach out in order to know I did not stay there yet, they will not send over the forms. Instead they keep pretending they aren’t there. It’s okay though, I will be showing yall something! TRUST.

  I was supposed to have a reservation for 2 rooms for today 4/17/26. I booked through Booking.com weeks and weeks ago. I called the property over a week ago to make sure the reservation was okay and to confirm. The only deposit I was told that I had to pay was a $50 per room for incidentals, which of course would be refunded. Okay, that's fine. Well, last night, 4/16/26 around 7pm, less than 24 hrs before my reservation, I get a call from Trey, who works the front desk. He informs me that because I live within 50 miles of the property, I would have to pay a $500 cash deposit to stay there. I have never heard of such a policy! This has been a complete inconvenience and staff atleast needs to be trained to inform guests of this ridiculous policy way before the night before their reservation.
