  I travel for work and stay at a lot of different hotels, so I’ve had plenty of experiences with different levels of service. The Holiday Inn in Greensboro really stands out. The staff here is top notch—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful every time I stay. It’s nice to walk in after a long day of work and be greeted by people who actually seem to care about their guests. I’ve stayed here multiple times and have consistently had a great experience. Highly recommend this location!

  Very poor management service very nonchalant, found bugs in the bed and in bathroom. Multiple bug bites. On top of that when we went to add an extra day before finding all this out, they charged us another booking fee when we had already paid prior to coming. The most horrible experience they have changed staff and management since the last time we were here has gone downhill

  Mr. Christopher Sutton was a pleasure. He provided a warm greeting and an expedient check-in. He checked on me after getting to my room to make sure all was well(and it was). Room is cozy and spacious. I will book here again

  I stay at quite a few hotels due to the nature of my work. Most all of the IHG are excellent. This one is by a long way better. The staff is so welcoming. They go far beyond than what is typical. Thanks y'all

  I have been staying at this hotel every week for about two years and in many Holiday Inn Expresses every week for the last 8 years or so.. The staff could not be nicer, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is always great and on time at 0600 every morning. That being said, evidently the new CEO of the managing company Daily Seven has decided that they are going to be charging people $10 for parking in an open parking lot. I have never paid a parking fee at a HIE. While this is not much money and I can afford it on principle I will likely be staying elsewhere. It's a shame when corporate suits cozy in their offices cause a problem for boots on the ground.
