Beyond that, the customer service here is appalling—the staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and utterly lacking in basic courtesy. The entire experience has been thoroughly unpleasant, and it is a complete mystery to me how this hotel has a 4.1 rating.

Had to reach underneath the sink to push the drain up. The back of the bed was dusty and had small dead bugs. Hotel room door's deadbolt lock does not lock.

I would have had to check out and come back; but as soon as a room became available I was notified and able to extend my reservation. The facilities are clean, staff courteous and helpful. Management, I just can't say enough about the way they engage with me and other guest about their stay and what they can do to make it better. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want people who care. And lovely staff
