  I stay here for work related reasons. Not the first time I'm here, won't be the last. This specific stay was very odd... Why? Here is the why: I noticed through the app there is a way to choose the "greener" stay option, which removed the daily room service. At the check in, I also pointed it out, as I never noticed this before in the Preferences section. So, twice, several times I had conveyed the idea - no room service! I'll leave trash outside the door or just walk it out myself. The strange thing... The next morning 8ish am "bang bang! Room service"... Hmm. Ok... The NEXT MORNING same time in the morning and it is Saturday and Sunday... And Monday. What is the matter!? Why can't I be allowed to sleep in and get up when iiiiiii deem it appropriate? Why do I have to be woken up over and over, day after day? I don't care about your signs... Do you not look at your assignments at shift change? Are you upset I am sleeping in? Do I strike you as someone who doesn't simply come up to the front desk and gets the new towels when I'm well and ready? I remember you from the previous stays... I sure remember repeating the same thing - no room service in the morning... I want to rest and sleep in. All else is excellent, just don't expect to sleep in here. It is either your door getting knocked on or the door across or next to you. People moving out of the rooms in the morning is understandable, but "bang bang! Room service" screaming in the morning is excessive! Please stop. I know you have shift change. I know you are working every day. Look at your assignments. It's less work for you if you just read!!

  Our softball team played in Greensboro this weekend and we stayed at this hotel. Ty went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of! He held packages for us, checked in with us before he left, and was friendly and kind from the moment we walked in! Pool was great, room was clean, bed was comfy! We will stay here again!

  Nice and clean room, only complaint is that sofa bed mattress is BRUTAL to sleep on. Breakfast was great, LOTS of options!

  A booking was made in error and hotel was called right after booking to take care of the issue. Upon talking to staff about the situation, the staff cancelled the room. We were told we would not be charged. We were charged for no show four months after booking was cancelled. After questioning the hotel of why we were being charged for a no show and for room we did not use, the manager wanted to know of the person/confirmation/etc of who we talked to back in March. How am I to remember a hotel employee by name four months ago. He said the no show was found on an audit and that is why we were being charged four months later. This is awful customer service and obviously this issue was taken care of 4 months but only to be brought up again via an audit 4 months later. How is a customer to remember names of only employee member 4 months later. If you end up cancelling a hotel room or book a hotel room make you you have confirmation numbers, names, dates, etc for proof because you may need this information months later. Also, you need to watch as you may be charged for rooms you did not use. This hotel provides poor customer service and was not willing to handle this situation appropriately.
