  A booking was made in error and hotel was called right after booking to take care of the issue. Upon talking to staff about the situation, the staff cancelled the room. We were told we would not be charged. We were charged for no show four months after booking was cancelled. After questioning the hotel of why we were being charged for a no show and for room we did not use, the manager wanted to know of the person/confirmation/etc of who we talked to back in March. How am I to remember a hotel employee by name four months ago. He said the no show was found on an audit and that is why we were being charged four months later. This is awful customer service and obviously this issue was taken care of 4 months but only to be brought up again via an audit 4 months later. How is a customer to remember names of only employee member 4 months later. If you end up cancelling a hotel room or book a hotel room make you you have confirmation numbers, names, dates, etc for proof because you may need this information months later. Also, you need to watch as you may be charged for rooms you did not use. This hotel provides poor customer service and was not willing to handle this situation appropriately.

  Don’t do it, the first room I checked into had 2 dead bugs and 1 live bug crawl across the mattress when I pulled the mattress cover up to check for cleanliness. They moved me to a second room and it also had signs of bugs in the crevice of the mattress. The AGM is extremely rude and has 0 empathy and claimed his bug guy came out and didn’t see anything so he wouldn’t refund me for the night we didn’t even stay bc it was gross. I was out the points for the stay and the $200 I spent to get another room late at night. The AGM will not try and help and IHG won’t intervene either, even as a diamond elite member. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere clean and in a less sketchy location.

  I slept the best I’ve ever slept at a Holiday Inn Express. The room was quiet and the blackout curtains worked phenomenally. The a/c worked great and no disturbances. Only complaint is the hand soap was empty but I brought some with us so all good. As always, breakfast was consistent and delicious. I do wish there was almond or oat milk offered but I’ll do my best to remember to bring my own next time.

  Great hotel, close to airport and so many other things on west side of Greensboro! “May May” the morning breakfast steward and caretaker is amazing 🤩 friendly, hospitable and super helpful! Thank you!
