  It was nice and clean but the bed was not comfortable, unfortunately. After a long trip, a comfortable bed is important. They were very kind and accommodating. Good places to get a bite to eat nearby.

  Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay. We found a cockroach crawling up the wall. We killed it and left it on the floor for housekeeping to see the next day. The next evening, we came back after being out all day and noticed that housekeeping had come to our room. Left the dead bug on the floor and then we found 2 more cockroaches crawling up the walls. We informed front desk and they offered us to switch rooms. It was 11 pm and we had a senior with us so we did not accept the room change. We were being offered to move the very next level up to the next floor so we weren't confident that there wouldn't be any bugs in there also. We did not have a good sleep as we all slept with our one eye opened. The front desk staff also advised that she would give us extra points. We also found a used medicine cup on the floor near the air contitioning unit as well as childrens toys behind the desk on the floor. Upon checkout the next day, new staff, didn't seem too concerned with our awful weekend of bugs and no sleep. When we returned home, we called the Manager and he tried to tell us what we saw were "water bugs" They were not water bugs as we know the difference. He confirmed that we would receive points for the inconvenience. 3 weeks later, still no points!!!! Very disappointed!!! We visit the area quite frequently and now we are sad to say that we have to find a new hotel. Update: We have been dealing with this issue for the past month. We were told that "due to the amount of points that is being issued, I can only approve up to 49,000 points. Anything over 49,000 goes to head office and has to be approved from there." - this was from the Manager. Two phone calls later, my husband called and asked why our account did not reflect the said points to reimburse us for our stay. He was told that we did receive points. When we looked at our account, they only issued us less that half of what we were told. My husband explained that he was told the points that were supposed to be added were alot more than that, hence why they were sent to head office for approval, and he was then advised that someone would be calling him back. Another week later, nothing. No call back ever. So I guess now, we are supposed to just forget about this issue and be happy with SOME points. The issue we had was way more than a dirty room. This was cockroaches!!! Not something to be taken lightly.

  They really Not good with talking to people and they didn't even give me my points are off of my points for my status and checking in in anything.. they charged me super high for one night.. and they wouldn't take any points.. Dallas kind of uneasy the whole time on the breakfast was disgusting.. not my cup of tea they need to do better

  Check in was a breeze. I was able to check in early with no problem. My room was super clean and my kids enjoyed the breakfast. Overall I would recommend this hotel. However, if you are looking for an indoor pool, this is not the place.

  Didn't even stay. Called to book a room for a displaced resident and was told at first I couldn't book because I was within a 50-mile radius. Then I was told if I would like to book, I would have to email them to request a booking and a credit card authorization form. If you are looking for accommodations because your home is flooded, go somewhere else.
