  Way too expensive the whole place is dirty and smells like ass the ceiling tiles are missing be fr charging more than the Hilton for ass hotel.

  My kids and I landed here after an unfortunate incident at the motel 6. We arrived around 1230 AM and Dayquan (I could be spelling it wrong) was so wonderful and seriously was our savior for the night! I didn’t catch the man working at the desk in the morning but he was great too. Room was very clean and comfortable.

  On July 18, my wife and I stayed in this hotel after a great concert with Earth, Wind and Fire, and Lionel Richie. It was sad that after a great concert we finished out night in this hotel. Worst experience ever. We open the bed and the blankets, pillows, and the bed itself was just gross with rest of food and hair everywhere. The bed itself was bumpy and noisy. The only solución i got from the person in the front desk was to offer me “clean” blankets that i had to change by myself which is no big issue but after a long day i hoped the hotel either would move me to another room or they would change the bed sheets. Nothing about that happened. Next day i request to ask the manager to pit a formal claim. I was told the manager wasn’t there and will call me. I write a note with my name and phone number and a brief summary of what happened. I never received a phone call from the manager. Worst experience ever.

  The front desk workers were wonderful! They were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was simple. The pastries were fresh, and the yogurt machine, juice maker and waffle maker all worked just fine. Our room was very well cleaned! The bed was pretty comfy. We stayed on the first floor. The hallway is weird and pretty long. If you don't like walking you should ask for a room closer to the front of the building. The pool was open, but it definitely needed more care as there were bugs in the pool and some trash around the pool. Our family isn't picky and these things didn't bother us much. I love how close the hotel was to many cool things in Greensboro and the restaurants up the street made the whole area smell amazing. We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western, but I think many people would have issues with it.
