    We checked in late around 0300 on September 29, 2026, Dantrell was very helpful , we called to let them know we were running late, when we arrived Dantrell had everything ready for us to check in, his customer service was top tier. Me being in the hotel business for over 26 years made me proud. We had one problem with the water in or room and Dantrell immediately took care of us by moving us and putting in a maintenance ticket for our previous room. Awesome Customer Service. Dantrell

    Listen, me and my family have been traveling to this hotel for every bit of 10 years. They never seem to fail me. The customer service is amazing. The hospitality is awesome. Then You have the administrative team, Front desk service, The breakfast department, the cleaning services make you want to continue to stay when you are away from home in Goldsboro North Carolina. I actually look for it to traveling here at least four times a year because of the warmth of this great hotel. A special shout out to Ms. Shanell, Ms. Ashley, and Ms. Amber You are exceptional and always willing to make my family comfortable and happy. See you all soon! Timbla Clark Rogers

    We are traveling with our older Mom and have received an out pouring of help from guest services here. They have helped to alleviate stress and offer genuine smiles and warm personalities while helping. Adriana at the front desk is amazing and I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he assisted with helping to get the luggage rack downstairs ( I placed it outside of the door while getting her situated and he took it downstairs for us) snd assisted with extra towels to help clean a mess that we had. The rooms are clean, quiet, and accessible to eateries.
