  This newly renovated hotel was right off the highway, and very close to our event. Sandra was amazing from check in to check out. Not only did she assure our party was well cared for, but I noticed her assuring other guests needs were accommodated. She was so very professional. The rooms were clean and comfy. The pool was nice!

  Nice clean place to stay. Staff is very helpful! Best part is they have a beautiful lake close by that has a walking trail. We got up early and got our walk in before leaving.

  If possible, avoid this place. I don't understand where the reviews came but they look totally made up. This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in, the hotel was dirty since I arrived. The floor from the front desk all the way down to the elevator was sticky, once in the elevator, as you can see, the floor looks like haven't been cleaned since idk when. The inside of the elevator is the same as the floor. There's also a smell lingering around. Once I got to my room I found the AC cooling down the place all the way down to 64f, turned off the AC and after the room started to heat up a smell of mold starting to come out. When I started checking the room I noticed how dirty it was actually, found rest of food (I hope is food), boogers and all types of stains, at this point I decided to go down and request my check out date for the next day. The staff that checked me in and modified my stay were nice. The kicker came out of the next day at checkout, when I got asked if everything was ok with the room I say no and the person at the front desk didn't seem to care, she asked if everything was ok with the room and I started to mention the issues, she was like "oh well" and laugh it out give my receipt and didn't said a work. As a diamond member I don't recommend this hotel, check the lower rates reviews, those are the real ones, I'm wondering how people can say that the hotel is clean. Avoid room 412, that room is nasty.

  I have been to many Holiday Inn locations and by far this one is the best. The woman at the front desk that checked us in was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was also friendly, greeting us as we walked by. Everything was clean and Breakfast was great as it should be, but the pleasant nature of the staff was above board. This indicates that management at this location is good and cares for the workers. I will definitely be back again.
