    The breakfast is amazing! The staff don’t speak much but they’re nice the food area is clean and very presentable!! The pool is very tiny but the rooms are nice was just there the cable was not working so no TV for a few days 😩

    Not up to the usual Holiday Inn Express standard. Clean & nice rooms but the breakfast area was small and dingy, no coffee maker in the room (UGH!), very spotty Wi-Fi, terrible TV controls (OK, that’s a hotel standard), but not even a free bottled water offered for being a member. Seems to be filled with construction worker (which might explain the weed smell out front) which is fine but it looks like they lowered the standards as a result. Did I mention the business computer in the lobby has the same typed sign a reviewed posted 4 months ago - OUT OF ORDER. There is obviously zero effort to get it fixed in a hurry. Lots of hotels within 1 mile, next time I’ll try something else.

    Spent one night, room was clean and quiet and everything was in good condition. Decent breakfast offerings... reasonably priced... would definitely stay again if in the area.

    Complete fail on the exercise room, or the give a crap attitude to get it fixed. "Hospitality" includes a work out room at IHG properties, of which they have neglected to get their single treadmill fixed for "2 months!", as their old dude maintenance man said so proudly to me at the front desk. Also, the clock in the exercise room doesn't work (needs a simple battery) which contributes to the lack of attention here. Unfortunately, this issue is punctuated with no sidewalks anywhere close to the property so you have to walk/run on a very busy street. "David" is the manager who is never there and responsible (his staff said) for the neglect of this issue. Otherwise, the staff is friendly. But for my individual review, wanting the best for my fellow road warriors who depend on exercise rooms at IHG properties to stay healthy, do not stay at this place.
