    This hotel needs some upgrades. The rooms are decent but the furniture could use an update. It was clean which is my biggest concern. The toilet was backing up. The air conditioner was loud and I think they should have a central air conditioner instead of the old kind in the rooms. The service was great! I enjoyed our conversation with the nice lady who checked us in. The breakfast was good too! The location is good. There's a few restaurants around there. The prices are reasonable. The parking is good. I still recommend if you're in the area. It's not bad at all. I just have expectations for Holiday Inn. The service is 10/10!

    Excellent and friendly staff, great breakfast, fantastic coffee. Room AC was quiet and effective with modern amenities (USB ports).

    I feel like i overpaid for the location and quality. It was 200 a night after tax. Rooms were clean and comfy though. Need some upgrades if you charge this much tho.

    Business trip, lady was real rude up front, didn’t get her name but it was past midnight and doors were locked to get in, she got mad because I tapped the glass door, was too tired to even argue back but this hotel needs more professionals

    After a long day of travel, my wife and I decided to stop for the night. As we opened the door into our room, we noticed a film on the tops of the nightstands and the countertops surfaces. Since it was late, we decided to use disinfectant wipes and clean ourselves. My wife decided to take a hot bath; wow, she was in the tub. She looked over and noticed the nasty toilet—it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. As a Diamond Elite member, I regret using my points for a stay at this property. I have come to expect better from an IHG property.
