  After driving approximately 8 hours fighting the traffic We just wanted to get checked checked in and relax calm down if you will. As we were walking up to the entrance there was a woman sitting out on the bench and yelled out, are you checking in? And I yelled back Yes we are, she said I'll be in there in a minute, I replied okay. Keep in mind she was smoking a cigarette looking at her cell phone. As we walked on him there was a son at the front desk that said back in 10 minutes. So we stood there for about six or seven minutes? Waiting on her to finish her smoke. She came in and greeted us and checked us in and I must say was friendly but not too friendly! I have been going to the chiropractor for the last 12 weeks with a neck issue, so slightly I asked can I get a couple extra pillows please? She replied absolutely and went to the back to retrieve the pillows. At this point we are heading to our room and everything is fine. Our son who is a disabled veteran traveling with us so we purchased a room with a fold-out couch for him. Upon getting in the room and opening the couch up we realized there were no pillows for him at all. He said he would go down to the front desk and ask for some pillows so he did. A few minutes later he returned and was upset he said she would not give me any pillows she told me we had plenty of pillows in our room and we needed to learn how to share. Keep in mind anybody that has a child with PTSD can understand that this doesn't go away within minutes it can go on all afternoon and into the evening and into the night because of the situation. As I tell this story I am starting to relive the event so I'll end in saying that this place was clean, the breakfast was exceptionally good and the lady in the kitchen was exceptionally nice. However the front desk girls we're not. Accommodating and/or friendly to us. I would like to point out that we are diamond members and travel quite often. I hope that management can get this issue worked out and move forward to receive a much better survey! Regards, the traveler

  The staff was rude I wouldn't pay $1 to stay here. You would think 🤔 working with people there would be better communication skills to a paying customer.

  This was a horrible stay. We didn't get the room we booked. Sleeper sofa was horrible. Last time staying here.
