  This Holiday Inn Express was perfect for the overnight stay for a wedding. Front desk staff was pleasant and check in . Room was the cleanest I have seen. The entire staff including cleaning crew were so friendly. Taneeka in the breakfast area at check out handled a rude guest like a professional and deserves a raise. Bravo to her. It is no wonder they have a 100% rating !

  We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was exactly as described and was very clean. Unfortunately, we came in late and I realized the morning we had to leave on schedule that we didn’t have any cash on hand to leave a tip (I asked the front desk if they could add $10 to my room charge & give me that cash, but unfortunately, they could not). So I want to apologize to the kind soul who cleaned our room. But back to the room - very nice place, clean and decent value, as well as a nice staff.

  My husband and I are IHG members. We travel a lot and stay at this particular hotel often. This was the first time we encountered a rude front desk attendant. She refused to give us any discounts we were entitled to and wouldn't look us in the eye. We felt she was very descriminating. The next day the manager fix the problem but I feel she should find a new line of work. Other than her, the hotel was clean nice and breakfast was good as usual.
