  We had two separate stays at Candlewood Suites while driving between Florida and Connecticut with our two small dogs, and both experiences were wonderful. Finding a hotel in Fayetteville that allows dogs can be challenging, as many hotels in the area do not accept pets. We were so happy to find that Candlewood Suites welcomes dogs, which made it a perfect stop for us while traveling with our two small dogs. On our first stay, we arrived in the early evening and Diane was there to greet us and check us in. She was incredibly kind and professional, and the entire check-in experience was seamless. It truly made for such a nice arrival after a long day of driving. Our second stay was a little different because we didn’t arrive until around 11:30 PM. We were slightly concerned about arriving so late, but when we pulled up, the kindest security guard was waiting outside by the door. We were the final guests to arrive and were checking into the last available room, yet we still felt completely welcomed. A different attendant handled our check-in that evening, and they were just as friendly and professional. What stood out to me most during both stays was how warm, welcoming, and safe the hotel felt. Traveling such a long distance with two small dogs can be stressful, so finding a place where we all felt comfortable was especially appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling through Fayetteville, especially those traveling with pets!

  If I could give less than one star I would. I don't even write reviews. I booked my stay six months in advance for a concert this weekend for Friday through Sunday morning. I called to let them know two or three weeks ahead of time that I wouldn't be there Friday, but Saturday afternoon due to work. I added that it was fine if I had to pay for Friday. The man at the location told me all good, as I called the actual hotel to modify the reservation. I did not call a 1-800 number, nor did anything through booking.com app. Booking.com is great. This location is not. The man said he would put a note on my account showing I would arrive with my family Saturday. Drove four hours to the hotel to find my reservation was cancelled by the hotel. On my booking.com app it showed all clear and confirmed. Staff was rude, said there was nothing to do, fully booked because of the concert, no manager available- and I am not the person to ever ask for management. My family had to sit in the tiny lobby and call several places to find a room. Luckily one hotel had a room for the four of us. Absolutely ridiculous. So if you do stay here, don't try to modify or give any update to your reservation at all- unless you expect to drive a long time, day of the event, everywhere else be booked, receive absolutely no recommendations or assistance in finding another accommodation, have no manager of existence to speak to, and want it cancelled with zero email, phone call, cancellation notice, or update to your booking.com reservation.

  Traveled here on military orders, I was there for about two weeks nothing out of the ordinary but I had my room cleaned then my laptop was all of a sudden damaged and of course the management going to say the cleaners didn’t know anything. They had me contact their “insurance” claim got denied because “lack of evidence “ was kind of wild to me. I would return to my return to my room at night and 2 different nights I would have to kill these roach like insects that would appear. The staff was ok I feel like they made me feel bad for having to add days to my stay since I was in a weird spot on when officially leaving. I was extremely happy to check out and not sure if I would come back.

  We have stayed at several Candlewood locations while following our sons around to different bases. Always clean and comfortable! They are stocked with all the basic comforts of home and staff are always friendly and helpful if you need anything. And, Yes! The price is very reasonable! Love Candlewood!!
