You get what you pay for. The hotel’s website looks great, so I was expecting a much higher standard. On my first night, I arrived around 9:00 p.m. and found a dead cockroach in my room. I notified the front desk, but they told me there was no staff available to remove it and that I would have to wait until the next day. The following morning, I had to remind the front desk again before housekeeping finally came and vacuumed it up. Unfortunately, later that same afternoon I found another dead cockroach in the room. At that point, I requested a room change. There were several other disappointments as well. The washing machines were out of service when I arrived. One was repaired the following day, but I wasted a lot of time checking every 30 minutes to see if it was available so I could do my laundry. Breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m., but when I arrived shortly before 10:00, many items had already run out. For example, my son wanted a waffle, but there was no batter left. There were also no coffee cups available, and I had to ask multiple times before I could get one. After breakfast, there was no restaurant open, and no one was staffing the bar. The fitness room was also poorly maintained. There were no towels or disinfectant wipes for guests to clean the equipment, and I don’t even remember seeing drinking water available. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations. Between the cleanliness issues, lack of maintenance, and poor service, I would not stay here again.

Stayed the night. Car was vandalized. My back window was busted out along with 3 other vehicles. Company has a sign that says they are not responsible which is cool. When I notified the attendant her attitude about the situation was nonchalant and dismissive. I will never stay here again. So book this place at your own risk. Spoke with another gentleman who frequents the hotel and he stated this is a normal this for vehicles getting broken into. Good Luck!

The place was a good look. Very low key and serine. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. there were several romantic tucked away spots in and around the property. Most of the staff was helpful, however there were a few that could use cust svcs lessons. The pools although we're clean, they didn't work. The hot tub was luke warm and the heated pool was cold as ice and they were both inside. The breakfast was not worth the money. Regular hotel heat up food. Lastly, why couldn't I take my bagel with me?

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Completely false advertisement- room with a view (that you pay EXTRA for) the view is actually the back parking lot. The hotel staff misinformed me about several things and I feel like I did not get the service or accommodations I paid good money for. Will never stay here again & highly advise anyone else from staying here

This hotel was affordable for my three night stay. No sore feelings were made but the experience was hilariously bad. The front desk team did not answer any phone calls or emails (still waiting on their response about the hotel’s shuttle service). While the hotel’s cleanliness was considerably neat, the provided room was not well maintained (i.e. bathroom door was broken and could not be closed, shower was moldy, surfaces had dead bugs, pet hair from previous guests coated the bed, etc). The hotel had a mandatory utilities fee for guests to access the gym and pool. Interestingly, the small gym also was not well maintained as the bike was also broken and there was no sanitizing wipes/spray for equipment despite signage asking for cleaning. The pool area was trashed and clumps of hair were floating in the hot tub. Cockroaches were also present. While waiting for my ride after checking out, the employees were bad mouthing the manager incompetence. If you are looking for a solid giggle and story to tell your friends, this is the place for you.
