  I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and Stephanie Hamilton at the front desk was a big reason why. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and easy and took the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was taken care of. Stephanie’s positive attitude and genuine customer service really stood out. She made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest, and her professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Stephanie, for making my stay such a great experience! Your excellent service truly made a difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, inviting, and well maintained. My room felt fresh and relaxing, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything I needed was readily available. After a long day, it was wonderful to come back to a space that truly felt peaceful and cared for. What impressed me most was the customer service. The staff created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and made the experience feel like more than just another hotel stay. Great hospitality is about how you make people feel, and this team truly understands that.   One of the best IHG properties in Durham/Raleigh, NC! Mr. Thomas and his staff was extremely accommodating from check-in to check-out! The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious and tbe pool was enjoyable! A great location near I-85! I look forward to returning in the near future!

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and everything throughout the property was fresh and organized.   The hotel was clean, quiet, and exceptionally well maintained. My room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, making check-in and my entire visit seamless. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options, and the common areas were always clean and inviting. The location is also excellent, with convenient access to Duke University, Duke Hospital, and everything the Durham area has to offer. Overall, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
