  First room had water all over the floor from AC unit. I let them know and she asked if I wanted towels to clean it up. Phone doesn’t work in room No hot water No warm water

  Rooms smelled so bad tried 2 just ended up leaving and driving home. Broken glass in the parking lot from break ins. All I can say is the lady at desk was nice and cancelled our reservation

  I do not understand how this hotel is considered a two-star hotel and I also do not understand why this hotel has only 3.4 Stars because this is clearly a four-star hotel that deserves 5.0 Stars because it is an absolute dream all of the amenities are fabulous complimentary laundry room at your disposal. It also has a gym a lending area snack vending everything you could possibly want and need is here the only thing it lacks is a pool everything else is outstanding and the staff is beyond amazing and sweet and kind and comforting and inconvenient.. I can't possibly imagine it being any greater.

  This is a one star hotel. Dirty, no food, no lobby. I don’t understand how this place gets two stars.

  The overall stay was good and the staff was pleasant, but I did experience some inconveniences that affected my experience. The biggest issue was having to change rooms three different times before getting one that was suitable. In my first room, there was standing water in the bathtub, a half-burned cigarette left in the shower, and human hair on the shower walls. After reporting the issue, I was moved to another room, but that room also had standing water and hair throughout the bed that appeared to be a mixture of human and pet hair, which I understand can happen at a pet-friendly hotel. I then had to go through another room change, which took about 30 minutes total walking back and forth and checking rooms. Thankfully, the third room was fine with no issues. I also noticed that I wasn't the only one experiencing problems, as some of my friends who checked in had issues with their rooms as well. Aside from the inconvenience of changing rooms multiple times, the stay itself was okay, but I do think housekeeping and room inspections could use more attention before guests check in.
