When in reality they do not have smart TVs. If you want to lay down and watch tv you won’t be able too. The room and the hotel is very nice!! I would stay again if I could watch tv. I had to call 2 different 1800 numbers and sat on hold for 40 mins and got hung up on three times. I’m so irritated I still haven’t been able to figure it out. The general manager and the ladies at the front desk are amazing and are doing everything they can to help me but what there told to do is have me call a 1800 number witch isn’t right I shouldn’t have to spend all night on the phone trying to figure out how to watch the TV. And no one can help me the hotel itself needs to step in and get new SMART TVS!! It’s not the hotel managements fault at all. This would be such a wonderful place to stay if you could watch your shows.

I appreciated the kind warm smile of Jaqueline, who promptly greeted us and booked a room for the night. I was very impressed with how clean and spacious the room was. Also the bed was very comfortable and we got a great, quiet nights sleep. It was also in a convenient location, as it was close to numerous restaurants and stores. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. You can tell that great care is given to keeping this hotel maintained and clean. Even the parking lot was spotless. Thank-you!! We totally appreciate you all at Holiday Inn Clemmons.

The service and hospitality were absolutely exceptional, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed and cared for. A very special thank you to Angela and Sharron! They were absolutely AMAZING. From answering every question with patience and kindness to making sure we had everything we needed, they made our experience so much more enjoyable. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help did not go unnoticed. IHG, please take care of these ladies, and Angela and Sharron, please don't ever leave! Employees like you are the reason guests return. You truly help make this hotel run smoothly, and our family is incredibly grateful for the outstanding hospitality you showed us. 10/10 we will absolutely be back!
