  Great customer service from a nice young lady on 2nd at front desk. Apologies for not getting her name. She was comforting when we thought everything was falling apart. She made the whole trip 100% better. Hotel was beautiful, breakfast bar very nice, indoor pool great. Room fit our family of 6 nicely. Thanks for a great experience.

  Great service, great room, great breakfast (so many more choices than most similar hotels). Tanya went out of her way to make sure we had the most enjoyable stay possible and was super friendly and engaging. Really wonderful stay over all.

  Rooms are wonderful. Great pool. Good little kitchen with full fridge, large microwave and stovetop. Great service and staff has been really nice and helpful

  At first, I was surprised by the low rates and expected a fairly basic experience. Instead, I was genuinely impressed by the level of communication and professionalism throughout my stay. There was an outage during my visit that did not directly impact me, but the way the staff handled it stood out. Seeing both the engineer and the manager actively involved and visible demonstrated that they took the issue seriously and were committed to their guests' experience. The proactive communication and attention to detail gave me confidence that guest satisfaction is a priority here. While there are plenty of places to stay in the Ballantyne area, this level of customer service sets them apart. I look forward to staying here again and would gladly recommend it to others.
