- SRsokito reyOct 2, 20261.0The front desk people are rude. I had a very bad experience with my reservation and booking. They are not there to help you out and lack good people skills . They don't have good people skils. On the positive side, it is a new hotel , the rooms are clean. and the housekeeping staff does a good job.

Unfortunately, several staff at the front desk were rude, unhelpful and unpleasant. That was balanced out by the extremely helpful and pleasant other front desk staff we encountered during our 9 day stay. Ana, Stacey and Angel were among the most amazing and customer friendly staff we had the pleasure to meet.
