  I booked a room through Orbitz and agreed to pay when I get to the hotel. I was unable to keep my reservation because of an emergency and canceled 6 days in advance. Usually hotels give you 24-48 hrs to cancel without an issue, however they are charging me the entire room stay!! I am not leaving out my responsibility in the matter because I guess I didn’t read the fine print. I thought it was non refundable if you cancel at the last minute. Not 6 days ahead of time! I can understand them charging some type of fee...but the ENTIRE room stay is just awful. According to the front desk, not all of their hotels do this, they act independently. I travel an awful lot and unfortunately I will never stay at your hotel again. That is horrible customer service.

  I love the features of the hotel. It's under renovation but it still quite beautiful inside and out.

  I walked into my hotel bathroom and found a roach crawling around. (Room 203) I took a video on my phone showing the roach and my room number in it and showed it to the front desk worker. She understood my concern and said she was calling her general manager. She said she was going to see about getting me another room. I told her I would appreciate that and I went outside for a bit When I came back in, she said there were no more rooms available. She offered to go spray my room. I reluctantly agreed and let her into my room. She attempted to spray bug killer on the threshold of my room, but inadvertently found the spray nozzle on the can of bug spray not working. She eventually got something.to spray out, but it soaked the entrance of my room and made my room smell toxic and so I immediately checked out and got another room nearby.

  I had a great stay at the hotel for a family reunion. The staff was friendly, and Crystal was very helpful with my check-out. Thank you for the great service!

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel while I was in town for a wedding. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything went smoothly during my stay. I especially want to thank Crystal for being so helpful and kind during my check-out. She made the process easy and was a pleasure to work with. I truly appreciate the great customer service and would definitely stay here again!
