  I was really impressed with this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Everything was very clean—from the rooms to the hallways—and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made check-in easy. The gym was small but had everything I needed: three treadmills with TVs, a rower, free weights, full-size mirrors, and even a water dispenser. The pool was warm, clean, and well maintained. The hotel was also very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the little extras, like the welcome bag with snacks, the games in the lobby, and having both a microwave and refrigerator in the room for storing food. There’s also a laundry room on-site that takes quarters, which is convenient for longer stays. The location is excellent. It’s within walking distance of Sprouts, MOD Pizza, and a deli, making it easy to grab groceries or a meal without driving. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a perfect location—I highly recommend it.

  I really enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean, staff were helpful and nice. The room was large and spacious. Bed was very nice. Bathroom was clean and good water pressure. Parking was a little challenging especially individuals with large vehicles taking up multiple spots (not the hotel's fault). Nice amenities and included breakfast. Overall, great holiday express location, I would stay here again.

  I was a little disappointed with aspects of our stay - The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There was a pill on the floor from previous guest; hair was on floor in bathroom from previous guests; the bathroom ceiling had signs of what I am guessing was mold / mildew that likely had been painted over; the bathroom fan was dirty looking too. Having little children with us made the pill on the bathroom floor very unsettling. The room was ok - had a large mini fridge (no freezer), microwave, a mini Keurig, 2 garbage cans. Plenty of outlets for charging. The AC worked great. TV was decent. Internet speed a little slow if you’re trying to do gaming or any large data jobs. The furniture was very accommodating. Only one elevator worked - which was a real bummer when you’re dragging up kids and gear from the car. The elevator was jerky too - making you feel slightly uneasy, especially since one was already out of service. We could definitely hear guest above us. Pool is outdoor only - I believe it was a salt water pool. We could smell the smoke from other guests nearby. After sleeping in the bed, my husband and I both hurt. His lower back, my ribs of all things hurt from the beds. They were not comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was great - a lot of choices and restocked often. Wish they had real cream on hand instead of the little creamers. The location was good - plenty around in the way of restaurants. Lots of cars on the road - be prepared to navigate 3-4+ lanes each way. The price was higher than we felt it should be for the quality of our room. There was a $90 pet fee for guests traveling with us who had a pet. That felt way too high considering the room rate was over $200 for one night. There was also an additional $150 incidental fee at check in which we should get back. We likely will not book a stay here again.

  We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We made group reservations for our ball team, and Joe in Group Reservations was outstanding to work with. He made the entire process easy, was responsive to our questions, and ensured everything went smoothly. His excellent customer service was truly appreciated.

  Great hotel. The front desk service was excellent. It was a young woman that was so friendly to everyone. The rooms are clean and in total a great place to stay.
