- JJJon Jones6 days ago2.0Rooms are clean but door locks are dated. Housekeeping had to let me in on day two. Then there was the crowd outside at night. Had to turn up my TV, turn the AC on high to drown out the noise. Mind you I was on the 3rd floor. I feel bad for anyone on lower floors. Then I use the mobile app to checkout but cant download a receipt. I need the receipt for reimbursement. I've been emailed several times a sheet that just shows dates stayed and that would have sufficed. Now Im told I need to come back to physically get that. Im 2 hours away. Next time I will find somewhere else.

Rooms are clean and a great value. I wish IHG would start utilizing smart TVs instead of over-the-air broadcast tv.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My wife loved the Dove toiletries! The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a great variety of items! We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Charlotte!
