My hotel experience at Hilton was exceptional! I was there for the Stellars Awards, and from the moment I arrived, I truly felt like a celebrity myself. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful—from the front desk and housekeeping to the maintenance staff.
A special thank-you to Kisha at the front desk. Every time she saw me, she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly hello and always asked if I needed anything. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
Thank you, Hilton, for having such an exceptional staff and for making my stay so memorable!
I stayed there from 8/13/26 - 8/16/26

The room was good but the staff here all hate their jobs and make it very clear. The lobby is a mess, pool area a mess, no towels stocked, anytime you had to talk to staff they were dead eyed and annoyed. Will not recommend or ever stay here again bc of the staff.
I called the day before check in and told the front desk that I was meeting family in Charlotte landing around 1, and asked if there was any chance if we could have early check in. She told me to come and check at 2, that they couldn't let me in before 2. We drove around Charlotte for a little bit and got there at 2:30 and the same woman I had talked to said "sorry we're at full capacity so no, you can't check in before 4 on the dot." She was very rude in how she delivered it so we hung out in the lobby until 4. When I tell you that this hotel was not at full capacity, no one was in the rooms on either side of my room, in fact, I didn't see any one else on my entire floor the two days we were here.
The ice machines were out of order.
When you call down for room service, they were rude as hell.
Just made the entire experience bad.
Here's a stronger but still professional version of your review:
I give this hotel a 1-star rating because our experience was very disappointing from start to finish.
The ceiling had mold, the room felt damp, and the sink didn't have a stopper, leaving the drain open. The odor coming from the drain was unbearable. The room was also missing body wash. We notified the front desk, but nothing was done to resolve the issue.
We called the corporate office and were told someone would call us back, but we never received a response. The lack of follow-up and poor customer service made the experience even more frustrating.
On top of that, the hotel charges a daily parking fee, which was disappointing considering the overall condition of the property. The complimentary breakfast was also below average, with very limited options and poor quality.
If you are looking for a clean, well-maintained hotel with good customer service and quality amenities, I would not recommend staying here. Based on our experience, this hotel did not provide good value for the price.
We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and had a generally positive experience. The standard rooms were what you would expect from an airport hotel—clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. There was a great variety of options, and the fresh-ground coffee was a nice touch that made the morning even better.
One thing to be aware of is the parking. There is a $13 per day self-parking fee, and guests must register their vehicle online. The parking lot is managed separately from the hotel, so failing to register could result in a ticket from the county.
The reason for the 3.5 -star rating is our experience with the handicap accessible room. Unfortunately, it did not have a walk-in shower, and my elderly father-in-law fell while stepping out of the tub/shower combination. Thankfully, he was only bruised. We sincerely appreciated General Manager Leanne Halk, who showed genuine concern, checked on us the following morning, and promptly completed an incident report. Her professionalism, compassion, and responsiveness made a difficult situation much easier to handle.
Overall, we had a good stay with excellent customer service, especially from the management team. We would stay here again, but we recommend confirming the bathroom setup in an accessible room if a walk-in shower is needed.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, it is not a great area. The customer service was friendly and the room was nice but the pool was not open for 4 days and the employee told us its been closed for a month and didn't seem to be the new management's priority. We had 4 children with us and we were expecting them to be able to swim while my husband was away working for business. We were not able to do this and someone's white silverado got broken into. Someone busted out the window of this truck, glass was everywhere. My husband was worried about his truck the whole time and moved it several times. Random people were laid up on the outdoor furniture whom did not reside at the hotel. The TV wouldn't display a TV guide so ot was hard to find anything to watch, the breakfast wasnt very good either and a very small bag of chips were 5 dollars and we put them back due to the prive. Wish we had stayed somewhere else. I also thought there was a bar and there was not!!
