  Although the hotel is 5 mins away from the airport and they say that their shuttle runs “24/7 “. It’s completely unreliable. I called 10min before I even got to the pick up point. They told me to call back when I got there physically. I did and waited , 20 min went by and I called 5 more times no one answered. Waited another 10 mins and called again. Told them I was still waiting at the pick up spot after almost an hour. They told me it was going to take another 45 mins !!!. From an hotel 5 mins away from the airport. It’s absolutely ridiculous. After I’ve informed them repeatedly that I was waiting for pickup ! And extremely unprofessional. What really makes me upset if that every times I called and they actually answered, the front desk lady would tell me “their on the way”, “ just a couple of minutes out” , “he/she should be there”. At this point I could have started walking and been there by now. If you want a relatively cheap spot for the night to rest, this hotel is okay. But if you’re looking for professionalism, reliability , and good customer service….this hotel is definitely not it .

  Registration was rude after not answering the phone for the first 4 times. Airport shuttle service took extremely long (over 15 minutes) after letting them know we needed a shuttle back.

  The location looks like the middle of the crime scene. The girl at the front desk barely spoke English and she spoke very low. The breakfast was not good and the server smelled like a gallon of liquor. This place is poorly managed. Checkin day 8.8.26 Checkout 8.9.26. Room 322.

  Decent hotel close to the airport. Restaurant is also good and open late, but the old server guy gives the impression that he really hates his job and his customers.

  The hotel is nice! The rooms are decent size. The bathroom is extremely small and there was no microwave in the room. The restaurant and bar are the best features of course. The food is actually delicious 😋. The chicken wings were delicious, the burger and pizza were good, and the cobb salad was a 15 out of 10. The drinks 🍸 were great! Only major issue that was a determining factor from a 5 star review to a 4 star review was that I had to pay for parking. I was definitely not happy about that. This is the only Holiday Inn, I've visited so far that charges for parking. I'm a Gold Elite member & was told that you have to be a platinum member to get free parking. Ridiculousness, if the hotel wants customers to choose their hotel, perhaps free parking should be a perk. Enough with my rant, overall it's a nice hotel if you need to be close to CLT airport.
