- DLdarla lawsonOct 3, 20262.0We love staying here and shuttling to the airport, location wise it’s great. It is definitely a hotel NOT a restaurant, the food is very subpar and the service is worse. Our waiter was extremely slow, didn’t know how to set plates on the table and kept sitting down at a table talking to someone when customers needed service. I will stay here again, I won’t eat here again.

However, the bathroom in my hotel room was a little dirty (beard hairs or some other short hairs were in the shower and sink). As for service, one staff member was friendly and approachable, but only one. I will add that this is probably a very busy hotel which may explain the lack of pleasantries. Also got woken up by the sound of planes flying multiple times, which is clearly on me for staying at a hotel so close to the airport.

Called both nights to try and get it resolved or get moved to another room but they just said they were full and couldn't help. I did enjoy the restaurant in the hotel. I didn't have a car and was out early morning until the evening so it made dinner easy. Small menu, but everything I ordered tasted great. Overall not happy with my stay, I just feel lucky that the nights were relatively cool when I stayed.
