A little outdated. Had a memory foam pad on the bed and by the second night I realized I didn't like it. Shower could use a little more pressure. Really convenient location. Plenty of food options around it. Friendly staff. I'd definitely stay again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay & Outstanding Service
I had an excellent experience at the Holiday Inn in Cary, North Carolina. From beginning to end, the level of professionalism, hospitality, and customer service was outstanding.
The staff was welcoming, courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure guests felt comfortable and taken care of. Every interaction I had was professional and pleasant, and you can tell the team takes pride in providing a positive experience for everyone who walks through the doors.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and inviting. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere. Great customer service can make a huge difference when staying at a hotel, and this team definitely delivered.
What stood out most was the consistency of the service. The employees were approachable and helpful, and they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to visit a business where professionalism and genuine hospitality are clearly priorities.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend this Holiday Inn in Cary to anyone traveling to the area for business, military travel, family trips, or simply needing a comfortable place to stay. Great company, amazing staff, excellent hospitality, and a very positive experience all around.
Definitely a five-star experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for a clean, comfy place to stay without having to worry about parking or the hustle and bustle of downtown Raleigh, this is it! The front desk staff were all amazing but I have to give a special shout out to Harvey! Every business should have someone like him. He was attentive, helpful, and just genuinely sweet. He was literally the best part of our stay!

The pool was closed our entire stay and we were not told this until after we got to our room, got unpacked and in our swim gear!!!
I immediately spoke with the front desk and he apologized and said it was a chemical issue being too strong causing skin burning. He advised me to reach out to customer relations, which I did and customer relation said they spoke with someone in management who LIED and said they told me about the pool when I first checked in! Also said a woman told me which I never spoke with any woman! To tell a flat out lie! We chose this hotel mainly for the indoor pool for certain reasons. After I emailed customer relations, I sent an email to management and still have not heard back.
We will not be staying there again!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have done my fair share, when you book breakfast is on the booking you get to the hotel and they ask you EVERY morning what room you are to see if you can have breakfast. I have never been to a hotel that you pay almost $1,000 for a week and breakfast isn’t included $13.00 per person per day.
Secondly the manager in the morning Shittree I think is her name, rudest lady I have ever met, tried to get a partial to full refund since the pool was closed the whole week we stayed and it was one of the amenities we looked forward to since it was a family trip with my nephew and swimming is a good exercise while being 6 months pregnant and it was closed not one day but the whole 7 days we stayed, all she said was it will be “fixed tomorrow” and that tomorrow was never there for the time we were there, as soon as that was brought up she said straight up “ we are not refunding” the only reason I wanted the refund was to book at the Hilton hotel that was behind the Holiday Inn, there pool was open and there bar phenomenal as my mom loved the bartender lady over there, where their bar was actually open. Lastly our bathrooms exhaust fan didn’t even work (303). It was just one of the worst experiences I have ever been through. Talking about the Hilton which is literally right behind the Holiday Inn, when my mom went over there for the bar and she explained the situation to the bartender she was sooo nice to ask the front desk if my nephew could swim the pool they have there and they said yes! Absolute best service in the WORLD! It’s the fact that they let a kid who just wanted to swim who didn’t have a room there swim. Personally don’t waste your hard earned money at this lousy hotel that doesn’t even care about making it right with their customers. We spoke to people who only stayed a couple night and they were also flabbergasted that the simple thing like breakfast was NOT included for the price of a room.
I might be pregnant writing this but truly I have never felt so disappointed by the lack of customer service from a hotel that got my hard earned money.
