- JSJudith SummersOct 5, 20261.0I read the reviews on this hotel and they said how clean it was, dont believe it! What a huge mistake! Room was not clean (black hairs on toilet seat and on walls), no blankets on the beds only bedspread, wifi didnt work, no ice machine and the room smelled so bad it gave me a migraine! So dissatisfied! There wasn't even a phone in the room! I did go down and tell them about the bathroom and a very nice lady came and cleaned the toilet. It was a cheap room, but not cheap enough! Would definitely not recommend!!! Ok - update . . . I could not stay it was making me physically ill. Jason was very understanding and refunded my money. It was very kind and I really appreciated it. It is at the end of the season so the room probably needs a good cleaning. Very good customer service!
- NMNick MillerSep 30, 20265.0Rooms where clean and cool, owner and staff were very courteous and helpful and the location can't be beat just a few feet off the dunes. I'll definitely come back 😁
- DSDeb SSep 19, 20265.0My first time in years since I have been to Carolina Beach. Dolphin Lane made it worth the trip. Great location and great people. We definitely have already plan our trip for next year.
- KJKeisha JamesSep 18, 20265.0we LOVE Dolphin Lane. A historical landmark of Carolina Beach has upheld through 100 years! The rooms are really spacious. They all include some form of refrigerator, big or small depending on your booking. Pool is super clean and refreshing, can walk right onto the beach. Family owned and operated, all employees are really nice. Only complaint is the mattresses. They are not comfortable at all so maybe bring something to help with that. But for the price, you can't beat Dolphin Lane!
