  This was my first time staying here and my first time to Burlington. I had made my reservation for the wrong date and Joyce at the front desk called me to confirm I was still coming. Thank goodness she did! She got me all checked in with no stress. The first room provided had a leak in the bathroom but they moved us very quickly across the hall so that was easy and convenient. The restaurant was closed due to the holiday but that was ok. The breakfast was on point. I didn’t have time to enjoy the pool and courtyard as I would have liked to but I’ll be back! Give Joyce a raise! Her customer service is top notch!

  Normally. I only review restaurants while traveling. But I was motivated by my positive experience to draft a review. Hotel costs were better than neighboring ones. This Best Western is conveniently located by I85. Numerous good restaurants are very close by including MyKonus Cafe, another review. The hotel is attractive including the common areas, outside veranda by a nice pool, tasteful room, and nice bathroom. The hotel is large but rooms are still close to the lobby by a concentric design. All staff members were very cordial and helpful when needed. Little amenities are noted. The room facilitated 2 places to lay out a suitcase. The shower worked well and had a massaging option.There were sufficient chairs. I could turn the big TV towards the chairs. One downside was the remote was indecipherable. E.g., I found foxnews once but never again.i watched a soccer game in spanish. But tv watching is not a priority. Ice machine was very close. Room had a microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. Wifi worked nicely Breakfast was quite good. I had small portions of scrambled eggs, sausage gravy biscuit, home fries , toast, blueberry muffin, and orange juice. I had to go the lobby for hot tea. Other options were English muffins, bagels, waffles, cereal, and yogurt. On my next pilgrimage from Virgins to Georgia, I hope to return.

  Enjoyed the stay, had great food at resteraunt, used the pool and the gym, sleped well and overall great stay and its also centrally located to all the eateries. Loved that. Will stay again.

  Location perfect Room ok, but few broken, unservicable things. Service - hallways reek from weed. Room had wet towels hanging in shower when we arrived.

  Every detail of my experience made my visit the best hotel experience I have had in years. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!!!!!!
