  A handful of friends and my wife and I traveled to go to a racer's museum and when we arrived in the room, the toilet kept running. Before we could even talk to the front desk about it, they called US to check on us and asked if we had any problems. I mentioned the toilet, and before I asked what they could do to help, SHE offered to change our room for another. We were a bit pressed for time as we had to meet our friends for dinner, so she agreed to have another room ready for us when we got back from dinner so that we could move at OUR convenience. She smiled and was very, very gracious through the whole exchange and it was a breeze to switch to a different room.

  I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. I had 2 rooms here on Mother's Day weekend. Room 114 my daughter and grandson stayed in and the room was infested with FLEAS AND BED BUGS. My daughter had 3 bite marks on her hand Sunday morning we noticed on our way back home to SC. We didn't think nothing of it. We thought it was mosquito bite. By Monday morning we noticed a bite on her back, the back of her arm, her forehead and the 3 bites on her hand. Tuesday morning all the areas were red and swollen. We thought maybe she was bit by a spider. Daughter ended up going to Urgent Care. We found out she was bit by BED BUGS AND FLEAS. This is NASTY AND UNACCEPTABLE. Called management and left message with no response. If you do decide to stay here make sure you check around the beds. I always carry a can of Lysol. I had sprayed the beds, pillows and sheets down before we ever sit on the beds. I guess once she laid down and went to sleep the BED BUGS AND FLEAS came from around the head board of the bed. We stayed in room 112 & 114.

  Tonight was my first time staying at this property. It's great. Didn't get here early enough to check out Grill 584 but that's ok. On checkin, David was up front getting Ricky trained on the process. David was very thorough and made sure Ricky told me everything from breakfast to pool and all that. This is a very quiet property compared to reviews I have seen from neighboring properties. The room is clean and no bugs to be found. So I am happy. Keep up the great work you all.

  Nicely appointed room with comfortable king bed desk fridge easy chair. Quiet. Free hot breakfast. Service was fine.
