  Clean, friendly service, nice breakfast. I liked the nightlight integrated into bathroom plugs. Plenty of plugs and USB connections. Nice configuration of furniture for your suitcases and other items. Bathroom counter space is large. Nice pool area. Lots of outdoor seating.

  Place looks new. Got a top floor, western facing room... excellent. Breakfast very pleased. Pool is outside, didn't get in as there were monsters running amuck. Safe location for parking your car. Would stay there again. Room was @ 220.00

  Torrential water cascading down inside the walls. ARE YOU KIDDING????? So if you want to sleep listening to the spillway of a dam in your room book here 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

  Edit- it gets even WORSE!!! Upon checkout I find out that the manager didn’t give us the downgraded room rate, even though we were told it would be adjusted. It took an EXTENDED amount of time at checkout because the poor desk clerk couldn’t reach the “manager” Nick. She called and texted him repeatedly until he finally called back. My receipt was adjusted, and I watched my credit card charges. The original amount was in pending and should have never been charged- but it cleared- so now I’ve had to do a chargeback. A note to corporate, your manager Nick is about as useful as a bump on a log. The lady at the desk during checkout would make a far better choice. I can give a star for cleanliness and a star for comfortable beds, but unfortunately the general attitude at this hotel seems to be “it’s not my hotel” - actual words from the person at the desk. We had to change rooms because the roof drainage conductor/downspout inside the wall cavity was very obviously either completely uninsulated or was leaking like a sieve. It sounded like Niagara Falls in our room- and it waxed and waned with the rain. So AVOID all rooms in and around the elevators. We were in 212, so I suspect all the rooms above us must have the same issue. We were moved to 222 which was fine. Despite having video which the front desk listened to, the attitude was not of concern about their hotel, but rather a “we’ll call maintenance tomorrow”. 🙄 So two stars off for that nonsense. Also the TV system is bad. They claim one can stream from one’s device, but neither room’s tv allowed this. So one star off for not knowing your own system- we were told there was no guide because they had “just got a new provider”, but in fact there was a guide. I saw a previous reviewer mention the “new provider” story in a previous review about six months ago, so again it sounds like a nonsense line. Lastly was the giant black bag of trash that sat in the hall at the elevators all afternoon, evening, and into the morning. I mentioned it to the desk- although they MUST have seen it on the camera- and, keeping with the usual theme- rather than taking care of it the desk said they’d tell housekeeping. Great initiative! Way to go! Just let everyone that gets off on the second floor look at a bag of trash- BRILLANT!! I’m not deducting a star for that, because a picture is worth a thousand words.
