  We usually stay at the Comfort Inn, but it was sold out so we decided to try this place. The lady working the desk Saturday evening (10/17/26) was the kindest and most helpful person we have ever experienced at a hotel (and we have a lot of experience). We called 1p minutes before arriving in asked if a crib could be placed in our room. She said absolutely! And that if there was no one at the front desk when she got there it's because she is getting it ready for us. When we got to the room our 2 year old gushed and said wow! Is that my crib?! I love it! She had taken the time to set it up for him and it was perfect. My wife commented on the smell of the pillows before I noticed, but they seem spay something really nice on them. The room was very clean and spacious. The only downside was we got to breakfast around 8:30 and they had only 1 yogurt and no fruit left at all. I was surprised. Lots of other stuff though, but with little ones they like to get them stuff that's easier to eat. Overall a great stay for the price.

  Clean, new and fresh rooms. Front desk girl was super friendly. With my AAA membership, great value for the price.

  Easy check in. Room seemed clean. Ships including Starbucks and yummy Korean restaurant across the parking lot so easy walk to breakfast and dinner.

  Expedia price was roughly 30% more than if I'd just booked directly which I didn't but the room I got was also on the back of the building and I wanted to face a parking lot to see the gear on my roof rack. I was told no, not because there wasn't space but because they couldn't put me on a different or even cheaper room at the same price because I booked online and the computer wouldn't let them. They then said that they have had expensive gear stolen off roof racks. I asked if the Rav4 parked at the door under the overhang was the clerks, was told yes and asked if they parked there to keep an eye on their car. They said no, they parked there because lot was full. The lot was not full then or at any point during my stay, nor was the adjoining strip mall. I asked if I could park there since they just told me they had thefts and the employees were parking there and was of course told no, which fine but they repeated the lie about the full lot. That clerk's shift ended and I watched the next one parked there too. My gripe isn't about the lot. It's about overpaying through Expedia only to then be told they had zero flexibility, no willingness to put me in a cheaper room, telling me about the parking lot thefts and then lying on top of it. This location also is just kind of in a congested town. I'd honestly avoid visiting Brevard if your hopes are a relaxing authentic mountain getaway. My experience was different from that at every turn but particularly at this hotel it was just bad service and a "sucks to be you" attitude.

  Wow, really big wow, this fish is really really cool that they have a pool. They have a gym breakfast and the rooms are really really nice. It’s all you need.
