- SYSharon YAug 2, 20263.0Hotel staff was friendly & efficient. Beds very comfortable. However, we were only allowed 1 key card per room because they are in short supply. Thats fine if you go everywhere together with whoever your roommate is but that was not the case with the 5 rooms we had. Very inconvenient for all of us. ALSO: In several rooms, the bathroom door would not shut all the way - there was not only a gap in the door but it dragged on the floor making a scraping noise. No privacy & disturbing at middle of night if needed. Apparently they are doing some updates & perhaps that affected these rooms but then dont rent them out until completed. We paid the same rate as those whose rooms didnt have this problem AGAIN, the staff did their best & we appreciate them .

Super friendly, knowledgeable of the area and above and beyond with any requests, questions and recommendations! Truly made us feel comfortable with our stay. I can’t express how genuinely friendly they are! The breakfast was excellent. The cleanliness of the entire interior was outstanding. Highly recommend this location! Checked every box for a cozy stay. Staff was simply what made it perfect. Thanks y’all!!!!

Hair in bathroom floor, " something" like a dried bug on floor, we had to ask three times for additional towels ( 3 towels only per day for 3 guest, unacceptable) and front desk acted as if they were unconcerned. Housekeeping only changes out towels, does not clean bathroom, make beds or vacuum carpet.
