  This hotel was conveniently located close to local eateries and businesses. It was a perfect location for a work conference at App state. The staff Bree and Josh were absolutely amazing and very helpful! Unfortunately, I couldn't rate the hotel high because they have a Bed Bug issue. My husband was woken up around 3a with multiple bites all over his body. We checked the bed and there were at least two bed bugs visible. We captured video and photos. We alerted the front office. The staff quickly reassigned our room and requested we email what we discovered. We complied and we were moved to another room. We requested a different floor in hopes the incident was isolated. We were moved to the 1st floor. Myself and staff tried to check the room thoroughly and staff provided coins to place our items in the dryer because it was said to kill any that may have gotten in our belongings. We were provided the name of the GM and told to check in with her (Stephanie) the following morning. Unfortunately, she was said to be out of office for the remainder of our stay. I also woke up with bites the following morning but unfortunately unable to locate anything for additional footage. It's super unfortunate to have such a convenient site and amazing staff but a disgusting problem like bed bugs. I have no interest in frequenting this establishment ever again. I'm a "loyalty" member and still have yet to receive any outreach from owners or management.

  We had a great experience here, but I especially want to recognize Lorri, the Assistant General Manager. She was absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. From the moment we spoke with her, she was friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay a good one. Great customer service can completely change your experience at a hotel, and Lorri is a perfect example of that. It’s always appreciated when someone doesn’t just do their job, but makes you feel like they actually care about the guests. Lorri is definitely an asset to this hotel, and management should know what a great job she is doing. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where guests are genuinely valued and taken care of. Our experience was excellent, and Lorri’s exceptional service made it even better. We would gladly stay here again and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Five stars all around! Thank you, Lorri, for taking such great care of us!

  Hopefully you won't actually need Wi-Fi because it is barely usable. If I book a room for four people, there should be four towels, not three Breakfast was good. Room was mostly clean. Overflow hole in the sink was gross. Air vents in the bathroom covered in dust. Staff was friendly USB charging ports in room didn't function.

  Old mushy fruit they would not replace until I was finished eating. Waffle/pancake machine not operational when they opened. By the time they got everything together, I was finished eating. At checkout not a single word about how was your stay? If they don’t ask, they clearly don’t care and I’m clearly not going to have that conversation at checkout. Parking the Harley Davidson’s by the front door blocking the garbage can and limiting traffic in the rain to one car at a time is a decision made by the manager clearly. Wife just had surgery on her foot. Could not pull up to drop her off. Not the worst place. I’ve stayed but disappointed with the service. Limited supplies in the room. Ran out quickly. Only two towels?

  Our one night stay at this facility was the best on our recent trip. This hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and inviting. The staff are professional. The rooms were quiet, we never heard other people and it was a holiday weekend. The breakfast was wonderful. The best past of the trip was Mary that worked the breakfast area. She was kind to others, and very warm and welcoming while still attending to her tasks. We will definitely return to this hotel.
